Went there last night with my friends, took us 40 minutes to get seated, 30 minutes before a waiter came to our table, they got our drinks wrong TWICE, took another 30 minutes to get our food, I never even got my food! Everyone else at the table did, we didn't get napkins or silverware and didn't see our waitress again until she wanted to give us the checks.I understand there was a game, but this level of service is unacceptable.
For the Thursday night we had the dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings. We were seated on our seat and greeted by our server Amanda with water and menus. After exploring the menu we decided to order Henny Hustle Signature Cocktail, Chicken Wild Wings, Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, Cauliflower wings and Chocolate Fudge Cake. First we got our cocktail which was good. Then slowly we started getting our dinner. The dinner was delicious tasty and amazing. Loved our food at buffalo wild wings.
Not sure what happened to this location. I ordered 20 traditional Asian zing wings this past Sunday to go. Usually they’re really good. Mind you I’d not been in about 3 months. The wings tasted as if they were heated up in the microwave and dipped in sauce. I ordered extra crispy and they were not crispy at all. I couple of them were even cold. I guess they pulled them out of the refrigerator. No one should have to pay 31$ for leftovers.
Very very disappointed. I can't believe the quality from BWW. I had always been a fan of BWW and recommended so many people because of the high quality and taste but today it's the other way around. :(:(:(. Wings felt like they were baked in the microwave and it was so hard that our jaws started hurting just after couple of wings. Location: Wesley Chapel, FL.
Ordered the "classic chicken sandwich" and this is what I was given after sending it back not once but twice. This was a pick up order and the only reason I checked the food is bc when ordering it seemed like the person was unsure of what the classic chicken sandwich was. If you are out of something you should let customers know. The bun is usually a challah bun not one that looks like it’s been stepped on. Extremely disappointed to say the least. This looks like something that came from McDonalds except much more expensive.
I am amazed how far downhill this place has gone. Our server was absolutely fine...however, the food was horrible. I have dined here for years, but I had not experienced anything like this. My wife ordered 6 sweet BBQ boneless wings, and I had 10 hot boneless wings. When our server delivered the wings, we thought it was a joke. It was as if they pulled the breaded crumbs out of the bottom of the bag and basted sauce on them. The 6 pieces of sweet BBQ "chicken"...I mean balls of breading were no larger than small popcorn shrimp and cost over $8. The server fortunately gave her 6 more pieces of chicken which were slightly larger but still smaller than what I have normally seen. I know there is a chicken wing shortage, but just tell people you are out of wings if the pieces are too small. We will not go back here again. Buyer beware.
I wish I could give a Half star. We went in Yesterday about 11pm after we got out of work to get some food before heading home. When we entered no one greeted us, no big deal for it's 11 so we just went to sit at the bar. If it's seat yourself past a certain time they really should have signs saying so for there was also a few other groups standing at the front. No one said hello, said we'd be right with you, nothing. Once we got to the bar the bartender was no where to be seen for about 3 minutes, alright no big deal. She gave us our menus and made our drinks, we didn't really see her for a while after that. Our food then came out and our Buffalo Chick Sandwich was great however our fries were extremely crunchy and way overcooked. We didn't eat our fries but yet left paying $30.00 for two drinks and a chicken sandwich.The floors were gross and looked like they had not been cleaned all day. Would not recommend this location which is very sad since we have loved Buffalo Wild Wings for years.
Not too impressed with this place. We spent 83 dollars and left full but the wings were terribly salty. They came on a cooking pan and were all mixed up together.They ran out of sweet tea and wouldn't make anymore.Service was mediocre at best.We usually get take out, but I think we're done with them.
Terrible, the naked wings were spicy and salty. The fries were cold and tough like they had been in the microwave.The bartender must have known how bad it was because she never asked how anything was. She only asked to refill the Pepsi. The tots were good.
I did not receive my order that I paid $80 for! I ordered 40 wings and when the delivery came, it was almost 2 hours late & only a 10 piece and some cold fries! When we called to get our correct order, someone picked up the phone and hung up in our face…TWICE! Unacceptable!!LAST time I order from this place! ?
