Very good pizza; fresh, tasty and with just the right amount of herbs sprinkled on it. It's neither under-done nor over-cooked. It's NY style thin crust, but it's not too thin. If you hold the slice and fold it slightly and it collapses in the front, that's too thin. Whereas; this is just right. The sauce has a very nice taste, tangy and just a bit sweet. I'm new to The Chap and I just kinda' ordered from here at random. I'll definitely be ordering from Best NY again. This is now officially my place.
The service was great, but I was not very impressed with the pizza and mozzarella sticks. I asked for extra cheese, didn't notice a difference. The crust is too thick on the edges with no flavor. The whole thing was pretty bland. The mozzarella sticks that they claim to be crafted, gourmet, were over cooked, too salty and most likely from frozen.
Always fast when ordered online and like every one else is short staffed but they didn't let it show or get to them! They showed up and we as a world need to be kind to them! Super nice counter person and food was hot and ready! Parking is little tight with dispensary next door but they now have designated pick up spots so I grabbed one and was in and out! No pics because we ate both pizzas and all the wings. Because they were good and their pizza we have tried 40 different places in the Bay area and this is only one comes close to NY. Besides one place in New Port Richey that is really good his seems more New Jersey style and explains why Bon Jovi likes to eat there! Not joking look it up, Google NPR town and Bon Jovi. But Best of NY in Carrolwood and Wesley Chapel are both very good! You won't be disappointed I always ask for ours well done because I like crispy yet soft crust!

Hello. I ordered an 18 inch pepperoni pizza from your Wesley chapel location on Sunday February 6th. Let me first say I get pizza from you guys a lot and love it! I placed the order at 541 pm and when I got there just after 6 pm the pizza was ready to be picked up. I got home at 620. This was the worst pizza that I have EVER EATEN. A Frozen box pizza would have been better. Just bad all the way around! Never again. Greek salad was good but it’s hard to mess up a lettuce mixture. We like trying new places this was definitely a one and done.
Food and staff were exceptional! Would definitely eat here again! It's a nicely done pizza shack but the prices were gouging. Hope they cycle the high profit margins back into their employees lolThanks for feeding my family today!!!

First time there!! The place smelled amazing when we walked in!! The ladies were super nice. We had the meat roll family size amd garlic knots and it was huge!! The different meats and cheese was delicious!! The next time we are trying the pizzas.
