Been to this Beefs several times and the past couple times we have been, we have been disappointed with the service and food! I wish I could say that it’s because they were slammed packed but there might have been 10 people in there and that’s Including the staff!Today was the last straw… took far to long to get our drinks, at least 15 minutes. The bar tender found it more important to change the channel on the tv and chit chat with the other workers than makes drinks. Our waitress, at least tried to make my drink after my husband final asked her, who was making our drinks. She had to refer to the menu to figure out what to put in it. Although, I’m not pleased with her service or the drink for that matter, I do appreciate her at least trying to jump in and get it done since the bartender wasn’t concerned.The food was not great. My husband’s wings were not seasoned at all, very bland. And my wrap, which I always get, was smaller than it usually is and it was just ok. I understand that food cost are up and all but if the food is bad at least the service should be good.Not sure what has happened at this location but it’s like management isn’t present there anymore. Hopefully, things will improve but I don’t think we will be going back to find out , at least not for awhile.
Table was dirty and floors horribly sticky from the start. There were only two other tables there at the time so they weren't too busy.Pace if meal was horrible. First two entrees they brought were not what my brother or I ordered. My brother got the wrong and much more scaled down burger.I ordered the fish fillets (fish and chips) and try brought out fish sticks. I was then informed that their truck wasn't in so there would be a wait on the fish fillets. Seems like instead of informing me they would just hope I would settle. Then brought out my sister-in-law and niece's entre. A couple of minutes later my wife's and then a minute after that my mother's. Multiple included sides and condiments were left of and not brought out until requested. Finally mine came and I was done eating after half of my party had left.At the end, no discount or anything was offered for the slew of mishaps. Had to request. Was offered a whopping $2.50 for the worst restaurant experience I think I have had in almost two decades.
I'm still blown away at how terrible the service was last night. And not our servers fault! The entire place was completely understaffed! On a Friday! 2 servers in the entire restaurant, and one of them was the bartender. 2 cooks in the back. Food came out great, but took over an hour to come out. Server was amazing! Whoever owns this place: TERRIBLE! I understand staffing is hard at this time, but as a business owner, I do not understand how the owners weren't in the restaurant working it themselves if need be! I don't ever leave bad reviews, but I felt compelled to leave this, hoping the owners take some accountability for the stressful environment they are creating for the patrons and employees.
Mainly went to hang with some friends and socialize. Have never been to this location before. Had the fish and chips for lunch. Fries and fish were cooked very well. Corona's were ice cold. The service was awesome. Staff was super friendly. Didn't leave us wanting for anything. I would strongly recommend if your looking for a good place to chill with decent eats.
I have been coming to this beef o Brady's for over twenty five years. There are new owners, today was the third time giving this new owner ship a chance. This last time I ordered steak fajitas. For 17 dollars there were only 6 little pieces of meat. And I ordered 20 wings and only received 15. This like we I said was my third time getting jipped. I called and the girl on the phone told me things have changed. Boy have they ...... The are not worth the money anymore I will not be giving any more chances..... Do yourself a favor take the trip to another Beef's!!!!! They certainly don't have the ethic for their customers any more...
Came in Tuesday night, April 5th - nobody there to greet us so we sat at a booth. Got our drinks with no problem and we ordered chips, salsa and queso. The chips were stale and salsa tasted bland. Waited, waited, nobody ever came back over to take our order so we paid at the bar and left and went home and warmed up food (we had tried Chilis and came to Beefs because Chilis had ONE server available to their entire restaurant - restaurant was literally empty and still had a wait for tables).
Great place to order take out. We ordered 20 wings and salad with chicken and desert. My husband loved the salad and while eating he mentioned he was surprised at how fresh and tasty, with more ingredients than just lettuce and chicken. The wings were delicious and we had a few left over for the super bowl. We will definitely be ordering from here again soon. I can't wait until soon we can go eat there in person. Good job guys!
This is the second time that they have done this. I ordered boneless wings extra fried with extra sauce. They gave me the three day old wings. I paid 50+ Uber eats just to recieve this garbage. I thought it was a accident the last time but to do the exact same thing? Heck no! This is unacceptable. But they want 15 dollars an hour though right? You can't even get a simple order right. You will never see a dime from me again. I hope other people stay clear of your location.
A friend of mine dined at this restaurant and has asked me to post a review for them. They felt that the place was clean and the wait staff was friendly. Also that the food was excellent.
Thanks to the new owners, Olivia and all staff at Beef O’ Brady’s Wesley Chapel for accommodating our huge karate party. Almost 80 ppl came and they were super attentive with a big smile on their face.
