I would highly recommend coming to this restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and the exceptional service provided to us by General Manager Pam and Angela . I would like to extend my gratitude to the staff and everyone for a job well done. I appreciate you for all that you do. Thank you my family and friends will definitely be back.
This place is so nasty and disgusting. The smell alone makes you want to puke. How ever the bartender/server greeted us right away and apologized for the smell. She was very attentive and very professional. We could clearly see she was the only person working and it was busy for only one person working however she didn't let that stop her from making sure everything and everyone was taken care of. The chicken we ordered came out raw. And she had to have the cook remake it then it came out way over cooked and I couldn't even bite into it because it was rock hard. She apologized but it was not her fault at all. We tried to give it another try this week and found out that they fired the girl for no reason. We walked out we won't be back to this location ever again. They keep letting the value able employees go
Went in on a Saturday night they were not busy at all. 6 tables. No help been waiting an hour just for appetizer. Absolutely continue to be the worst beefs around. We won’t be back and this is the $16 combo app. Uh no chicken fingers and the onion rings are well fit on my pinky finger. Food finally came out and my $6 side of curly fries were the bottom of the bag leftovers. Even the server kept apologizing. By the way totally not her fault. We were not the only table she was apologizing to. The kitchen is clearly challenged. I would clean house in the kitchen absolutely poor quality. I usually never leave bad reviews but not good
We stopped by the other afternoon for some wings. We have been to different Beef o Brady’s several times and always had good meals. My first clue should have been the side walk sign that offered 5% off your bill if you showed the waitress proof that you gave the restaurant a 5 star rating. We were served all drums and no flats which are my favorite . When I asked the response I was given was “ that’s just how we do it. Really ? If that is indeed how you serve your wings that should be the way they are advertised.
Sadly, I think this place went a little downhill. When we walked it, we were immediately hit with a take-out restaurant/wet towel like smell that wasn’t inviting. The chicken tenders were extremely greasy and close to white like they could’ve been fried longer. My mom’s Caesar salad had lots of older, orange pieces of lettuce. Not amazing food or ambiance, but the two stars were for the friendly servers! They were nice.
Great service and bartender was fun! Love the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and the manager (Caley or Haley) was very personable. She made my wife laugh and we will make this a regular stop.
I was on vacation and my family and I had heard amazing things about this restaurant. We decided to come in on our last night in town and we had Caley as our server. She was the sweetest thing and made the entire experience so delightful! Not to mention the food was amazing. But Caley went above and beyond for me and my family and it was very much appreciated! We will definitely be coming back!
This used to be a great neighborhood bar. Now, not so much. First of all as soon as you walk in, the sewage smell smacks you in the face! They need to hire a plumber ASAP! The new owners try to do DIY plumbing, but they need to hire a professional! Second, get real managers and bartenders, not kids. Come on man, step it up. Third- hire real cooks, I ordered boneless chicken and got basically hockey pucks covered in sauce. Cooked beyond belief!
Since the new management has come in it has not been the same. We used to love it there.. The atmosphere now is not as happy as it used to be. My kids noticed portions are smaller (fries/sides) too. We probably won't be back.
I used to love going into this place, it was a friendly atmosphere. Since the new management took over they are rude to their employees right in front of customers. I would not let my child work in a place like this.Also, there is a strong sewage smell. Who wants to eat food while smelling that?Not recommended.
