We have been going here a couple of times a month for over a year now. The food quality has gone downhill in a big way. The last two times we gave it a pass, but after tonight, we will have to find a new Thai place. This used to be our favorite place. Between the smaller portions, which wouldn’t be a problem if the price didn’t also go up, the noodles being glued together to the point you have to cut your bites into pieces, and the MAYBE 3-4 slivers of meat in a dish…we will have to find a new Thai place. Also, the consistency is not good. The dishes are sometimes perfect, sometimes sweet, sometimes salty, sometimes flavorless (like tonight).
My family and I discovered Arroy Thai during the big Covid outbreak and have continued to support them. However, I’ve noticed the last couple of months the quality and quantity have been lacking. We ordered the drunken noodles and yellow curry. In the past these two entrees were enough to feed my family of 4. Tonight there was barely enough for two to share. The food was prepared well and the spice was good but a definite decline in portions for two entrees at over $41.00. The previous order was smaller and not up to their previous standards. I’m disappointed as I drove in from Tampa to Wesley Chapel to pickup my order.
I ordered a house special chicken fried rice lastnight, the food had no taste, portion was very small for $16.00, the chicken had no taste, meat was white, no color and dry. Not sure it was even chicken. They don't deserve even 1 star. This is the last time I will every order from this place. Not worth it and very disappointed
Very disappointing - I spent a hefty price for pad Thai to be delivered by Uber Eats. The chicken was dry and the overall flavor was off. This is my first and last time eating here.
Food is not fresh. Rice taste like card board. Ice coffee taste burnt. The flavors are not balanced. The only thing that taste normal is the Masaman Curry. The food seams rushes when made. Will not go back.
These guys are the best! Food is delicious I came here twice. And service is beautiful, they are so kind and attentive. Give them a try they are awesome!
Great plantains(Dessert). Crab was awesome, and the staff are so sweet!

LOVE this place! Amazing food so well flavored, it does tend to be a little spicey soooo order VERY MILD if you don't want it spicey otherwise OMG enjoy! It's so awesome. Service is great and everything was accurate. Wish I had found you sooner, but there is no turning back now! You are stuck with us! ;)
Food & service always Great. Appears they remain a to- go only restaurant. It's unfortunate they have to close because of medical problems.
