I’ve eaten here before and I’ve gotten a Market Fresh sandwich which was delicious. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich today which would have been good if it was hot. The jalapeño poppers were room temperature and tasted at least a couple of hours old. I’ve been in Tampa a little over a year and everyone who’s not originally from here complains about the food. It like they don’t care about the quality of the food they’re serving. If it’s a cold sandwich they’re great. When it comes to hot food, the food is never hot nor is it prepared properly. I’ve found that to be case in the New Tampa/Wesley Chapel area when it comes to fast food. (pizza, Sandwiches, Burgers, etc). Real restaurants where you dine in and have a waiter or waitress, that’s not the case. Fast food places that are actually in the city Tampa and not the suburbs are great. Unfortunately I’m really far from the city. I work from home and get tired of trying cook something for lunch but I can’t keep paying 10$ to 20$ for food that isn’t fresh and make my stomach hurt. Sometimes food out here is not even edible. Like the jalapeño poppers
What a joke! They were out of two of the three things that I ordered. This on a Friday going into the holiday weekend. You need better management.

Ordered a meal at 9 o’clock at night. Fries were almost ice cold. Sandwhich was decent but definitely not hot.Inflation is crazy and feel like I have to pay extra for ice cold fries… not cool. Be careful when you go here. Check your food
I went through the drive thru on Monday 04/04/2022 around 3:00p.m. and experienced a rude employee his manners are not exceptional he was very disrespectful on both occasions when I came to this location in Wesley Chapel with in the past week there is no reason that employee(young black man)not to greet me before taking my order or him giving my order to me after this I will not be back
Food not bad , I like there sandwich and wrap, more so than the other stuff they got.

Closed at 7pm on a Friday night. This is normally a nice Arbys, so Arby's, drove 8 miles to find it closed.
I'm not one to ever leave reviews especially negative ones but today was completely unacceptable. Worst establishment. I ordered my food online so that I could pick up && go && enjoy my lunch rather than rushing back to work. Instead I spent 25 minutes waiting on my food. Not only that when I arrived at drive thru being that you guys are closed inside, NO ONE attended to the intercom. I drove to the window seen no one. Finally I drove around again && someone spoke. Of course when I told them I had an online order , I was sent to wait for those 25 min. After trying my best to be patient I called the store && reminded them of my order of which they had completely forgotten about. Lastly had to rush all the way back to work with no time to eat! BEYOND RIDICULOUS.
So I guess this store just closes whenever they want even though it says online it’s open. Nice
