The new bowl meals are very delicious. I ordered the food for curbside delivery. However, the curbside delivery area is not well marked. The spots are spray painted on the parking lot. I went inside the front door of the restaurant and the hostess told me the takeout area was in a far corner of the restaurant. I walked to the designated area and waited about 15 minutes before someone finally waited on me. I had to wait about another five minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready. I really recommend the food, but the service needs to improve. I will try them again now that I know where to go.
I always like Applebee's Grill. Menu is the same in all of them, the food is consistant and good. It was clean, the waitress was not very good, we asked for mayo and ketchup, she brought us one packet of mayo after about 10 minutes, said it was all she could find. Someone at our table ordered a second beer, it never came and when she brought our bill, didn't even mention that she forgot the beer.
We went last night. Our waiter was friendly. It wasn’t busy and our food took forever to come. By kids baby back ribs were completely burnt on the bottom and my husband’s chicken breast was heated in the microwave. The bacon macaroni pasta was over cooked to mush. Will NOT ever go back. Don’t go!
The restaurant was dirty. There was caked on lettuce and dirty food on the table nobody washed it off. The food was absolutely horrifying the only reason I went was because I got a gift certificate if I ever get another one I'll give it to some guy on the street it's not worth a dime to go in there actually it's probably dangerous for your health
I sat in the bar area. The bar was pretty full. So i got a booth from the hostess Amy. On my way to the rest room, i noticed a wet spot on the ramp. Food runner, Lauren, was near and i mentioned it to her. She immediately apologized and cleaned it up. When u got back to my seat, i choose an item on the menu. The bartender was also my server. When she finally came over for my drink order, i also gave her my food order. I ordered the prime rib sandwich without onions and cheese and extra au jus. The bartenders name was Kimberly. She brought over my draft in a glass that was awkward to hold. It seemed to take quite a while to get my food. When it finally came, o told Kimberly when my beer got low. To bring me another. When i was about 75% done with my meal. I had finished my drink. I waited over 5 minutes for Kimberly to come back. She was busy socializing with another employee. When she finally came back, she asked if i wanted another drink!?! Apparently, she wasn't even listening when she brought my food! Kimberly NEVER checked back when i was eating. The food was very good. Without the onions and cheese, the sandwich wasn't thick, but it was very good. I had stopped Amy, the hostess, to ask what the food runner's name was. We got to speaking. After a few minutes, Kimberly steps by to see if everything was OK. That was odd, because the entire time I was there, Kimberly NEVER stopped by....hmmmm
This apple bees gets a F for service. After seating a group of 5 it took 15 minutes before coming over to ask us what were our drinks. The place was not busy. However the service was very slow for lunchtime. Came to do a job from another county and was very disappointed . Our lunch hour was spent waiting for the food. The steak and potatoes was good tho and the artichoke dip. Our server was nice tho.
Lunch service was not as good as we've had in the past. The Quesada burger that was normally very good and tasty had very little taste. The fries were not fresh and seemed to be empty of potatoes. All three of us left most of the fries on the plate as they were not good at all. That should tell them something is wrong.Their chicken tenders were heavy on the breading and light on the chicken. There was very little value in this lunch. Chick-Fil-A or Zaxby's chicken is much better and at a much lower cost. We will not be eating at this restaurant again as there are better food and prices all over the area.
Staff here are really friendly! Love that this place is open late and has cheap drink options. Food is good and portions are geneous!
Not impressed. took my family out to celebrate my 2yr old birthday. I was surprised how slow they was on Saturday late afternoon there was 7 table full of customer including us. Our waitress never introduced herself so we had no idea her name was, speed of her service was tolerable longer then we like. Alcohol drink my wife had was terrible after first sip and return it. Our appetizers was Luke warm to refrigerated cold inside. Our drinks never got refilled, main meal was good. Waitress just had poor attitude and lack on customer service attitude for a very slow business they was having. My wife mentioned she been catching our waitress hiding in the back chatting with other employees and was ignoring my wife when she was getting attention for service. My wife made it clear we won't go back to this restaurant cause of poor service and food quality.
This might be an older Applebee's but our meal was great. The server Morgan was fantastic. She pointed out the 2 for $22 and its exactly what we ordered. My wife and I were surprised by the quality of the burgers we ordered. The bun was even grilled... who still does that? Nice touch.Well deserving of our rating and what a pleasant and smiling server Morgan was!
