They don't mix their smoothies right.Miserable teenagers work here. Some girl with headphones in listening to music was throwing stuff around while working. Bad attitude. I don't know what's going on in her life but I hope it gets sorted out.
Food quality is super. place can get busy. the Staff has always been helpful and cordial.
This has to be the worst Tropical Smoothie around! My smoothie tastes different every time, it's always chunky and never fully mixed, and they get mad at me bc they can't make it correctly! I shouldnt have to work so hard at sucking my smoothie just so I can get the almonds through the straw and then end up chewing my smoothie anyway!!!!! The service is always "tense" as they have zero personality and always seem mad to even be there. Their attitude is not acceptable or desired! We sat there for 20 minutes, with nobody else in the place but us, bc they had one guy making 12 orders that were called in, while the other employees were talking amongst themselves, laughing and not helping at all. The tables are always dirty and sticky too!!!! I've tried them on a few occasions since they are the closest one to me but I'll drive the extra 20 minutes now so I can have my smoothie the way I like it and friendly service! Such a shame and the owner should be aware of how the staff is bringing down his business to this level!!!!!
Tropical smoothie Cafe is one of the best place for a smoothie. My family and I visited, my daughter was so happy about the smoothie, she taught she was in one of the Tropical island, Fiji. 100 recommended
Wasted my time with poor online ordering system, I ordered online, paid, it was "confirmed and ready for pick up".... nope, no smoothies. I didn't have time to stick around to get my money back, because obviously i ordered online since i was in a rush. ?
I love tropical smoothie but I don’t usually go to this location.. this location the staff was rushing to the point where I had to go home and put my drink back in the blender.. I was literally chewing on the nuts and oatmeal.
This is the worst tropical smoothie cafe around. Their online ordering is always a issue. Never a issue at other locations. Also feel the staff does not care here at all. Have thought about making this review many of times.
Best tropical smoothie in town. We always make sure to stop by when we are in Wellington.
Wouldn't recommend going on a weekend staff seemed overwhelmed with online orders that every time someone walked in one girl could be heard saying F#%k ! They keep coming! After waiting a while I realized they just must have forgotten my Food! And they did I felt bad for the guy behind the counter trying to correct mistakes his peers were making due to them feeling overwhelmed and having melt downs. Might want to staff accordingly during the weekends
I’ve been to this location several times in the past couple of weeks. I always order the sunrise sunset smoothie which is consistently tasty! However, The Food: Not so much?. I’ve order everything on the menu from Wraps, Quesadillas to Flatbreads and there’s always an issue. Wraps doesn’t have enough meat and the lettuce is Stale, Brown, Old and Soggy. The Quesadilla doesn’t have enough meat and the cheese is never completely melted.Flatbreads are never warmed, (it’s like their literally taken out the package and served to you) , doesn’t have enough meat, cheese is never melted and most importantly the LETTUCE IS STALE, BROWN, OLD and SOGGY! I mean Lettuce is like $1 how hard is it to chop up fresh lettuce?. Maybe I should try another location for the food because I’m continuously disappointed with the food at this location. If I try another location, I will come back and update this review???
