This place is awesome. The food is fresh and delicious!

I’ve been coming to this place since I moved to Wellington. I’ve went through so many loyalty stamp cards and get a free meal because how much I go. The place is amazing the food is great but the main “chef” the guy who thinks he is cooking lobster and steak at a hibachi restaurant is very nasty and rude. I’m sorry but if I order after 7 people who are all waiting why would you try to force me to get the 2 meals that have been sitting in the front and are already cold and NOT fresh. He was so mad I asked for the fresh ones he snatched the food back and said go to the register and get your money back like if he owned the place. The guy has horrible customer service experience no wonder he’s behind the grill. I respect the guy at the register for giving me my fresh meal but the guy behind the grill needs a job where he doesn’t interact at all with any customers.

So sad absolutely my favorite food went there this evening even pay for the extra chicken it is burned to bits practically in edible so Very disappointed

The Spanish cook and the Asian cashier were very rude today date 11/28/21 around 12:40. When the cook handed the food to me the food accidentally failed, I asked him very nicely if I can get a replacement, he took the same plate that failed on the floor with some of the food in it and added a little chicken and throw the plate on front of me and said “here that’s it” mind you, i had ordered double chicken, shrimp and rice total cost $17+, I asked him can you replace the rice he completely ignored me and humiliated me on front of the other customers, I went to the cashier and explained to her what had happened she grabbed the plate and said something in her language and added a little rice and almost threw the plate on me like I was begging her for food, they humiliate me for my hard own money that I paid them.

Ordered chicken double meat and chicken was burnt. There also was no taste either. Mediocre is an understatement.

Had the Teri beef. It was good but the staff is focused on process, not service. I got a smirk when I asked a question.

The food is so good because is is made hand made but you are trying food from japan and they have good manners to. and everytime you go i recommend for you to get the my custom japanese food1. noodles2. vegetable3. teryaki4.shrimpit only will cost you like 11 dollars so try it out yourself :)

This site is my first choice restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. everytime I want to go to a delicious lunchon, this is the place that comes immediately to my mind. fresh and varied food and a rich cuisine.professional team, and nice mood. Not less important, the bill is reasonable. I recommend this restaurant with no hesitation.

The cooks uniform was dirty he did not speak English by mistake he mixed the wrong ingredients and tried to put them back cross contaminating the food. I wanted double meat and got double rice. Spoke to the manager and he didn’t respond. This place used to be OK not any more.
