Cleanest Taco Bell I have seen. Staff very friendly.
The only reason I came to this location was because the dining room at their location on State Road 7 is closed for renovations.Placed my order at the kiosk which has sort of became the standard way of ordering at any Taco Bell location. When it was ready, they did not call my name like they normally do. I had to ask for my cup for my drink which was weird because usually you'd expect them to ask what size your drink was.The soda machine is self serve which I like, but I feel like the flavor in it was off. The Diet Pepsi I poured was a lighter color than normal and didn't taste quite normal either.I ordered 3 soft tacos and two orders of cinnamon twists, I had just found out they took the Nacho Fries off the menu. The cinnamon twists were edible but the tortillas on my tacos were incredibly stale and dry tasting. I felt like the tortillas were like chewing a piece of beef jerky with how tough they were, which is not how I'm accustomed to how a taco from Taco Bell tastes.I doubt I will ever return to this location and I probably won't come back to Taco Bell until the Nacho Fries are back on the menu
Unimpressed. Placed order online. Multiple errors. Supposed to have 3 chicken tacos, they gave us beef, nacho taco missing from order, they were only going to give us one drink even though we ordered 3, nachos were all soggy
The service is not the quickest but the food is great. This location is very clean and organized it has two tablets if you want to place your order or you can speak with the cashier. Taco bell like every other fast food place have raised their prices so bring at least 10 bucks.
We were in line at midnight. The car in front of us the driver passed out. We got to the speaker box at 12:30 and the person said they were closed. When Google says 1:00am. This is a continuous issue with Taco Bell’s in south florida not having consistent opening times. Figure it out.
Food was stone cold. Like it been sitting out all day. Can i get some hot food next time
Just sat in the drive thru for 3 mins with nobody in front of me waiting for someone to take my order. I then proceeded to the window and the gentleman asked me to go thru again to take my order. This us not my first bad experience at this location either.
Myself and my business partner visited this location today I was surprised that we walked up to the register to order. no one welcomed us no one was at the register and the lady running the drive threw looked at us didn't even say how can we help or more important "someone will be with you shortly" she didn't say a word to us she looked at the girls in the kitchen and she said something in a different language. We waited 8min along with 3 other costumers and no one ever greeted nor took care of us so we walked out. This location employees have no costumer service skills at all.
Food and service was great,awesome and delicious.
When I went the staff was really rude it seemed she was helping out a new employee over the register and my boyfriend had requested for mild sauce and the lady who was training the other girl rudely stated that she already had put sauce in the bag, and then again in a snarky tone asked us if we wanted more, we accepted however the bag was full of fire sauce. It seems that someone needs to be evaluated on their customer services skills.
