Long wait , I ordered online and still waited like 1/2 hour. Never going back here
This place has such a clean and cozy atmosphere. It has dark brown walls and a dark brown wooden floor to match. They even have a nice and roomy outdoor eating area. Everyone their always smiles and is pleasant. I love their new Caramel Crunch Frappacinnos with extra caramel and extra crunch! ???
Actually, I told the Barista that my sister was outside and I was ordering for her because she just got out of the hospital and was on oxygen. She kindly asked my sisters name and put a sweet personalized note on her drink. It’s the little acts of kindness that mean so much and she made my sisters day???
Not sure what it is about this location but every-time I order my drink it tastes different. Bummer to pay Starbucks price and drive off to find out it tastes off.

Won’t recommend this location they are always off certain drinks.. for three month they don’t have a Carmel drizzle
Very disappointed that the company not the employees. They didn't not have any of the drinks or syrups I wanted and when I got my order they didn't even fill it to the top.

I visit this location 3-4 times a week and the team is always gracious and helpful. Today I was a bit distracted and accidentally ordered a tall instead of a venti on the mobile app. I mentioned to the barista that I had a blonde moment and needed a venti instead, and Jenny was super kind! She quickly made me a venti (actually the best matcha latte I’ve had!) and sent me with the tall to give to a coworker. What fabulous customer service, I very much appreciate her attention!
