I went to try the new cold brew sugar cookie coffee. Gave them written instructions since I wanted sugar free, so easy, just 2 pumps of sf vanilla & 2 pumps of sf sugar cookie. Watched the guy make it & only saw 2 pumps go in SO I ASKED him, just to make sure and he said he put them both in there. Ugh!! Come on. Why lie? I could’ve made this cold brew sf vanilla at home.
We are here at 6 pm. The hours state that Starbucks is open until 9 but they are closed. The lady behind the counter said she could not help us.... WOW. This is the second time this has happened to us.
Too expensive
Ordered a sweet cream foam cold brew and a caramel cream frappe. They screwed up both orders. Acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Had to go inside the store just to get one of the new ones made. I’ve never had this much trouble explaining how to make their own product in my 30 years of coming to Starbucks. Whoever is doing the training needs to do a better job because the people I just encountered have no clue what they are doing. Very frustrating, especially because I visit this location often and will definitely reconsider if these are the new people working.

One person behind the counter. Taking and making the orders. Actually, the only reason for the two stars is the lady behind the counter. Even though she was clearly overworked she was very friendly and moving as fast as humanly possible. This is, without a doubt, a management problem.
