Used to be my favorite location. They did so well even during the holidays. I work right across this location and I noticed a drastic drop in service. Drinks don’t taste the same as any other location. Sometimes i could swear it’s only milk with a hint of sugar. That’s how bad. New employees every week too and not so friendly.
Just ordered an ice chai latte that tastes like nothing! It’s not the first time and i try to keep my order as simple with out any modifications and still gets it done so sloppy with absolutely no flavor to it.
A bunch of kids run this place. I never get my order to taste right and can’t even go back for a remake because they all stare and give you dirty looks . Plus way too slow.
Went to this location today and it definitely went downhill the staff they had today was horrible. There was barely anyone in the drive through but somehow it still took 15 minutes and once I got my drink I had to throw it away I order the same drink at different locations never an issue but at this location they just put old ice coffee in a cup and what seems as expired dairy as you could see chunks of white floating around
My absolute favorite spot for coffee in town, yes even against the other three Starbucks. These folks are always polite and move like lightning when I order. Reading through these other 1-star “reviews” I see a LOT of whiners. Good grief folks, they’re just human and there’s 10000 of you at all times making mountains of orders and impatiently sighing and tapping your overly pricey shoes.This store and it’s staff are wonderful and if you disagree, as I said before, there’s so many other options for you to go be a big baby at nearby.
Took 30 minutes to not make an order for 2 drinks. Wouldn't even cancel it since it "mobile have to be canceled by corporate" they can keep the drinks, absolute waste of time
I used to love this Starbucks and the staff that came along with it. Most of the staff is new (or filling in from other locations) and they are just not the same. The vibe is completely off, they stare at you for a minute before even saying hello, and they are extremely slow. I'm okay with slow, as long as my coffee comes out correct but the last 3 times I've been there they have given me what looks like mud or clouds. Either there is no oatmilk at all or there is so much that is all you taste. No happy medium. Get it together Starbucks - your drinks are too expensive to not be made correctly.
Order iced coffee, I had to chase down my order. When I tried to place my order they thought for whatever reason they thought I that placed my order online. After telling them that I just placed my order in the store I then had to place my order again after being told they couldn’t find the order that I just placed 5 minutes ago. Then being unfamiliar with the ordering process I attempted to ask if my coffee was ready which apparently fell on deaf ears. The staff didn’t even acknowledge my presence as if I wasn’t standing there at all. ?
This location is the slowest spot out of all Starbucks I've visited. It will take you 25-30 minutes to get a coffee in the driveway thru and going inside. On top of that the coffee never tastes like the other locations. Avoid if you can.
This place is terrible. The intentionally take their time or only have one person making drinks for everyone that goes inside to order and will take forever. While the drive thru moves consistently and have three people making orders there. As if the intentionally don’t want you in there. Their coffee is not what it used to be because you no longer can add the right amount of sugar and cream as before and they always get it wrong. Their espresso in their specialty drinks sucks or they just don’t add the same amount anymore so I now have to spent another $1.50 for an extra shot. I’m done with this place. I’m ready for competition to come out please
