Take out inside mall was good.no complaints here.all was average.

Shameful, NYC should sue this place for saying NY Style Pizza. Probably hands down the most disgusting pizza ? . They pre cook it and when you order push it through a toaster oven making it soggier than vomit. The Mac and cheese just a macaroni soup. The service which granted its a mall my expectations were already low but they managed ti be even worse. Wish there was zero stars.

Lady worker is short tempered just like her height! The food is days old just reheated and severed to anyone. I over heard manager and the short lady talking about refreezing the food for the upcoming days. I would not recommend eating here unless you wanna take a chance on food poisoning. Just a heads up!
the young lady at the cash register didn't have good customer service. the breadsticks tasted off and the pizza was still cold after being "reheated". very disappointed in this location.

Had hair in my pizza. Yuck
The bottom of the pizza had a crust with the texture of toast and the taste was definitely off. Tasted closer to a frozen pizza but even a frozen cheap pie doesn't resemble toast. Have gone here for years when in the mall, never again. This location went downhill.
