Terrible service!!!! Went here for Mother’s Day. We were told that it would be a 45 minute wait. After waiting for an hour, noticed they seated a group the same size that had come almost 20 min after us. Went in to the hostess stand to see what was going on. The girl at the front said that she had called for us and we had not responded, so she crossed off our name. I said that we had been waiting right outside the front door for an hour. She just kept saying that she called us. Then, instead of saying that we would get the next available seats, she said that she had to continue sitting the parties that were still on the list even though they came after us. Refused to take any responsibility, or even attempt to resolve the situation. Definitely will not be going back to this location. They charge the prices of a $$$$ restaurant, but run it like it is a $ restaurant.
This Saitos has gone down hill. We were there Saturday night and we had a younger chef who did not know how to cook anything. He never seasoned the rice with any soy sauce or butter as they always do. He only added 2 eggs to the rice which wasn’t enough by any means. The rice was cooked for less than 2 min, it was crunchy and hard and actually inedible. The meat was cooked on a surface that was too hot so everything was burnt. In the middle of cooking our food the chef left the grill and went to the A/C thermostat and turned the A/C on. Very odd to have a chef walk away while cooking. We waited for 40 min after soup/salad for a chef to even come start cooking. Very sad to see, used to be a favorite
Yum! Delicious food, great service, clean ambiance and reasonable prices plus so much food you always leave with leftovers. My friend and I had the best time here. We each had steak and shrimp with fried rice and vegetables with a side of salad and soup and an excellent Italian wine as well as a cook that was both knowledgeable and hilarious. We had such a wonderful time and I hope you do too! Go hungry and #enjoy ?. I’m sure you’re not going to regret it.
We have been taking our grandson here, since before he could walk. To this day, it is still his favorite place to eat, as it is our favorite place also??You always have leftovers, which is awesome! Great food, with entertaining chefs.Only negative is, and not their fault, not enough chefs! So wait time is alittle longer, then normal. Butt worth the wait!
The stuff is not really paying attention when they serve, and also it takes them forever to bring the drinks, the rest is good, great food, please , more pescatarian options
Took my kids and promised them a show, i have been to many many hibachi style restaurants and have never been sooo disappointed.The waiting was quick but once we sat we waited at least 40 min for our chef to show up. Although he was nice he made it obvious he was just there to cook quick and leave. No show and sloppy serving.As soon as he had finished cooking the waitress came behind him with “to go” boxes, bags and THE CHECK!!!My food was still smoking and i got the check!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!!!NEVER GOING BACK THERE!!!!They need to relax and realize you go there for the experience, not to be pumped with food.
The food is good, however the service is terrible. I ordered my food over the phone and waited twenty minutes for them to get it ready. that’s fine, they’re busy. I understand that. After I waited the twenty minutes to get my food, I told the girls at the front that I was picking up and they rung me out for it… but it took them another FORTY minutes to get my food (that was already ready and on the table behind them). Like I said, the food is good and it’s a minimum of four stars. The service is terrible though, I wouldn’t recommend going to this location just because of that.
The food was great but they served us near to closing time. Absolutely terrible because it was supposed to be a family dinner outing so my kids were there and my 3yr old was hungry but I was told they were short staffed so that was the delay in getting a chef to our table. However, the real reason was that THE SERVER FORGOT TO PUT OUR ORDER IN AND THE PAPER WAS IN HER POCKET!We ended up getting our food to-go because the cleanup staff was literally standing by to clean our table. That was uncomfortable.Would I go again? Maybe.Would I recommend others to visit? Prepare to have a lengthy wait if you do. Maybe remind your server to submit your order.
Really great presentation with the food that is wounderfuly prepared with superb attentive service, delicious menu options and very satisfied with the entire experience.
They “boiled/steamed” the steak hibachi. When is done in person is done properly, but when is a delivery order is done carelessly.As if there is not enough time to get it properly seared, and so it tastes as if it was boiled :-(.
