Best peanut butter cup with vanilla milkshake you'll ever have in your life additionally best chicken I got to say it competes very well with Chick-fil-A and their staff is nothing to fall short of always always always incredibly attentive and to the nines. Just recently I visited they mixed up and gave me a sandwich instead of the chicken nuggets so I drove around they gave me a free meal for next time totally unnecessary super nice I did not mind at all and by the way the chicken nuggets were fire ?????. LOVE PDQ !!!!
They didn't give us our full order and the part of the order that we did get was wrong. When my husband tried to get the rest of the order or our money back for the portions we didn't get, they kept saying they had to get someone else to help him or a manager. They never got a manager, didn't give us our money back for the food we didn't receive and we didn't get rest of the food we ordered and paid for. It was chaotic and no one did absolutely anything to resolve the problem. We will never be back to this place.
Amazing customer service and clean location
Always consistently good. Service is always excellent as well. One of the most comfortable counter service experiences I've consistently had. Quality, service, friendliness, and cleanliness are all excellent throughout the restaurant including the drive through and restrooms. Restaurant tier is 2 star (counter service only), but they are the 5 star version of it.
We really love PDQ, which stands for People Dedicated to Quality and it shows. The service is always excellent, staff are well trained, friendly, aiming to please and the food is really solid and good for fast food. We like the crispy fresh hot tenders made there. It’s nice to know they’re not Pre-made frozen and shipped in to then be deep fried. Nope. They’re battered and fried as you order. Or so their website says and you can see in action. Fries are always good and although I miss the healthier coleslaw option they ended I do enjoy getting broccoli at a fast food drive through. If I wanted to be in the franchise and food business I’d choose to invest in PDQ. It has a winning formula!! Thanks PDQ for always putting a smile on my face.
I'm usually not much of a salad person but I tried the Mediterranean Chicken salad and it was awesome !The chicken is always cooked to perfection here and the service is excellent.
Great customer service. The food was hot and delicious. Fries were crisp and fresh out of the fryer. Among the best PDQ's in terms of taste and preparation.

I drove 20 minutes to go to this PDQ location. I arrived at 8:59 exactly and was not able to order. I was told that the registers were closed the cones were already out on the drive-thru. Due to my hormones I just sat in my car and cried. I understand you have to close but it was just a minute till 9:00 I should have been able to order.
The Food was excellent as always.. my wife stepped up to the counter and ordered (2) 3 piece strip meal. The girl behind the counter about 5:30 yesterday was staring out into space. And was listening which when you are working the counter that is your job. She gave me 1 cup. I told her we order 2 and she said she only heard 1. I said do you both my wife an I here.I guess it's hard to find good help these days.
