Awful. I literally waited in my car until they were to open. I waited an extra 5 minutes. The girl inside looks at me and waves her hand up and proceeds to keep doing what she is doing. I literally Did not know what she meant by holding her hands up and she shrugs her shoulders and proceeds to go back to what she was doing. I waited another minute to see if she would serve me. I was not served at this restaurant so I left. Another guy was waiting in his car as well. He ended up leaving. Very disappointed and disgusted.
I am extremely upset and disappointed! I contacted the Panda Express in Wellington (0n 441) for my order. I made 2 orders -Each order with 3 entrees, this evening, and was looking forward to a nice dinner with family. When I received the my orders, to my great disappointment, my orders where sent to me all messed up! I was also forced to change my order, because even though one of the items I had chosen was on the menu, they said they didn't have it available. I was never contacted by this location about my orders, and when I called to ask for my orders to be corrected, nobody picked up the phone. I called various times! What was supposed to be a nice family get together, is now, totally spoiled, because of their mess up. Please be more careful when preparing and packing your customer's orders. I'm very sad!
Staff was so friendly and genuinely so nice! They were the best part of the visit. The food was awful! Thank God the whole meal was only $10 bucks, so I didn't feel completely horrible throwing it away. I have never had a good experience with Panda Express. I keep giving them a try every few months, but this is the final time. I'd rather eat McDonald's ??
Never again. We were big Panda fans. Spent hundreds every month. We stopped going about a year ago after my husband was racially profiled at this location. We decided to go back tonight. What a mistake.Our order was “ready” at 7:15pm. We arrive at 7:20pm. Waited an hour. I decided to check my food before getting home. Thank god I did.The woman literally put rice and big piles of onions under my “Beijing beef” to make it look like I had my two sides of beef there. AND the onions are raw, weren’t even cut… they look like a bunch of bananas. There’s no red peppers at all. Beef is dry as a bone.This is not the way I remember panda being.. especially with price increases.Husbands food was cold. Never again. BYE PANDA!
Food at Panda is always very good but holy cow this location is so unorganized. There’s always a 20-30 minute line, they routinely forget things, and it takes forever to pay after they’ve served their food. I’ve been to many Pandas before but this one is unbelievably bad with service.
First time eating there and I find this ! DISGUSTING!! Will never order again
The wait time is really bad at the Wellington location. I ordered online and was advised my pick up time was 6:26pm. When i arrived my food wasn’t ready and I had to wait an extra 20 minutes. When I asked why I had to wait, I found out it was because they forgot about my order. This is the second time this has happened at this location.
Every time I go here somebody screws up my order, something isn't available or the wait is so bad that I just don't even bother. It's been years since I've enjoyed panda express.
This is the worst location I have ever been to, two days straight and they can’t even open on time. My arrivalTime was 10:00 it is now 11:38 and the store manager just told me to wait until they cook another round of Teriyaki chicken.Ma’m you served 14 people before me after you knew I was waiting since 10:30am.At the same time inspection is checking for old outdated food maybe it wasn’t meant for me to order.Get your store in order.
Although the food is good; never, never, never do they have chicken teriyaki and always have to wait for honey walnut shrimp. It's very frustrating.
