I ordered nachos online and what I wanted on them is not on them. Who ever dose the mobile orders needs to pay more attention.
Aweful experience with this place. Had delivery and order was missing items food freezing cold and soggy, drink warm no ice. Spoke to manager he had every excuse in the book. Food plus delivery is very expensive these days what a waste of money.
They really need to work on staffing during the rush hour. There is 1 guy that does almost all the orders and several others that seem to walk in circles. They need to staff for prep and have items ready during peak times, staff at register, staff for takeout. The added payroll would be minimal for better sales I am sure. We enjoy coming but it is like a cluster bomb around 6 to 630 on Mondays there every week.
Stood there and waited to place my order for approximately 10 mins. Only had one customer paying/picking up food. Quality & quantity definitely lessened as well. Would not be going back.
Absolutely incredible experience and food! Ethan and Angie are excellent workers who prepared my food quickly and with so much care. My meal was beyond perfect and would highly recommend this location to everyone.Amazing service and super friendly staff!
This location straped on some skis and bombed the hill of success. Always out of items, nacho plater shrunk, the restaurant has one of the worst smells ever. I'm pretty sure mold is growing in the air vents on the ceiling. I wouldn't imagine that this location stays open much longer. You can tell there is very little effort put into this location by the owner. Bad look for the franchise
I love Moe's. I got there every other week after my mani-pedi next door. It's always clean and the guys are friendly. But they need to teach their people that wether or not they have on gloves, do not touch the food with their hands.
Do yourself a favor and never get delivery from this Moe’s. My wife’s steak burrito had no meat and was so small the ends were twisted like a jolly rancher wrapper, they skipped the queso we ordered and our 2nd drink. This was the 2nd bad delivery with similar problems, they don’t deserve a strike 3.
Great food, amazing customer service
Never ordered from here and will be the only time. Ordered online to have missing items. Chips so stale even my dog wouldn't eat them. Burrito filled with so much rice and barely any chicken. So many other places to try.
