Terrible!! I literally waited over 15 minutes after I used the Kiosk Oder machine then I watched about five people get there food that ordered after me my order number was 646. The service is terrible the fries was cold and soggy I didn’t have a good experience with this McDonald’s I think I would travel a little further to another one for better service and food
Once again no ice cream products available, happens way too often here. Especially waiting in drive through for 10 minutes, at least put a sign up so we know that you are out again.
Terrible service. I order a medium size meal I got just a few French fries and on top of that cold. The burger was cold and greasy as hell. Will never go back to this McDonald.
This place is terrible, have given to many opportunities. The drive through takes forever no exaggeration i have waited upwards to 20 min to order and get my meal. Also just about everytime my order is completely wrong or they forget to give me something. I wish we had a zero star option.
This McDonald's is ok..but when extremely busy I would recommend pulling over and going through the food. Sometimes they forget to put some the food you order in the bag or is completely wrong.
Food was ready faster than my receipt printed. Everything was hot and delicious! Great customer service as well. I wish more McDonald’s would operate like this one.
It's a mcdonalds...however they consistently get my order wrong by putting the (borderline-weaponized) guava pies instead of apple. It wouldn't be so bad if they were at least edible at not linked to dozens of food-poisoning complaints. They get the soyburger right in the tasty area, the nuggets are mcdonalds nuggets, and the fries are all the salty deliciousness we Love!
They Advertise Sonic Happy Meal toys on there drive thru menu. Went there twice in last 2 days and no toys, they give you something else! False advertising. Avoid this McDonalds!
It says it’s 24 hours but I pulled up at midnight hankering for a Big Mac and they said they’re closed. Not enough staff ?Anyways the Taco Bell across the street were the real MVP’s.
This particular McDonalds always forgets at least one part of any order with more than 2 items. I can forgive 1 or 2 mistakes every once in awhile but this is rediculous
