I really enjoyed my turkey gobbler sandwich on that gut and my delicious tomato biscuit everyone was very nice places clean and I wish them much success
Tuscan salad was delicious. Took half home for later, very large portion. Want to try grilled cheese and tomato soup combo.
I’m sharing bc I showed the staff and they said there was enough chicken in this salad . Seriously there isn’t even a quarter cup . I often order business lunches from here but am very very dissatisfied with this salad. Unfortunately I have to give a 1 star and I’m close to going back in, but since I pointed it out already I don’t feel like they’d even do a thing. And since I’ve already waited for it (knowingly, there wait times are at the least 15 minutes) I need to eat something for lunch now. Just really bummed about how they handled this for an over 11 salad, and I tipped. Sad ? .
Hands down one of the best salads I've had. It's huge, full of all kinds of yummy goodness. I will be returning. We live an hour north and will travel for good food! Yum Yum Yum!!!
They no longer have online ordering. I call, they put me on hold for 10 mins., then they hang up. I call back, they pick up and hang up. I didn't say word other than "Ok" when they asked to put me on hold. If you don't want my business, fine - but don't waste my time in the middle of a busy day. Not sure if this is a management or employee problem, but you lost my business for life and I can only guess at your food safety if this is how the front of the house is managed.
Very disappointed that I drove all the way to purchase a salad for lunch only to find out you can either order a salad from their list OR IF you want the salad made your way; you can have that, BUT you have to go onto their online ordering app and order there, BUT since my phone service was not GOOD there, I couldn't get on. So I explained to her I couldn't connect, and with 5 people standing around doing much of nothing, she said, oh sorry!!! .....ARE YOU KIDDING ME??????? I wanted to email "corporate" and not have to post hear, but cannot find any email address anywhere.....Too bad they passed up business for their asinine rules, god forbid they take care of their customers!!!! And I have to say I do love their salads, but their customer service needs ALOT of tweeking!!!
The service was slow, the employees were rude. They’ve been closed for months and I get a cold sandwich thats supposed to be hot, chicken was dry, mozzarella was not melted. Shame because this place used to be good.
The food is always great. Fresh, delicious and filling.But their customer service has been horrible, food is always missing or incorrect. Delivery Dudes is the worst with delivering as well. 2 hours to get our food. Or when picked up its never ready.
I have been coming here for years. Pretty sad about the creat your own salad not being in the menu anymore. Was not happy when the guy at the counter gave me an attitude about it like I was supposed to know, I haven't been there in months I didn't know. Also most of your employees don't wear masks we watched the girl make our salads without a mask didn't feel very comfortable about that. You also don't mandate masks in your Restaurant! I thought being a restaurant your employees had to wear masks I get it if you don't make your customers wear them.
The falafel wrap and vegan chili are absolutely delicious and flavorful. Nice to know of a place that has a ton of vegetarian/vegan options. Will def be going back!
