I used to love this franchise, but now it's really bad. The taste of the coffee is weird and the lady in front ir rude.
Slow service and had a hair in my food.
Dry bagels and barely fresh donuts. Even gas station Dunkin are better than this lol
Quick, friendly service. Unfortunately they were out of lemonade.
By far the worst Dunkin' around. So many bad experiences here but it's convenient to my house so I gave it another try. NO ONE at the register for several minutes with a long line of customers waiting. Finally a young man comes in from outside and goes behind the register. One of the worst attitudes I've seen in awhile. Snarky, sarcastic, and rude to the very polite customers ahead of me. NO munchkins left (at 11am on a Sunday morning) and he throws the 2 stale donuts I ordered face down into a bag without even using a wrapper. The vanilla and strawberry frosted donuts were stuck to the bottom of the bag by their frosting. Half of the icing came off from me prying them off of the bag. They simply DO NOT CARE about customer service whatsoever. Pay attention to the dozens of the negative reviews, they are all well-deserved. What a dump!
The new kid behind the counter is awful. He ignores questions , get annoyed , complaining loudly more people coming in the store when it was near closing , told a little kid she had to pay for a cup of water and his pants are below his underwear . He wiped his nose as he was grabbing donuts . It stinks as this used to be a great location
Worst Dunkin’ Donuts around here. The Manager and employees are rude and they can’t follow simple instructions. It’s a waste of money and time (they take forever) to get coffee here.
Done with this location. Three times in a row. Hot coffee is warm. Cold coffee is watered down. Always miss on the cream and sugar portions. Workers have no personality.
Slowest coffee shop I've ever been to, 7 people on staff and took 20 mins to get a hot coffee
Horrible staff. Horrible service. They never seem to know what they’re doing in there. Also, never stocked on anything, they are always out of something.
