The heavy set Spanish lady had a bad attitude from the start when we pulled up to the drive thru. 07/14/22 at 4:30pm. Also there was a cockroach that was inside my bagel bag.
Horrible experience! I went this morning around 5:40 to get breakfast thru the drive thru. The car in front of me drove forward so I went to the box and nothing was said for a few minutes I processed to say “hello” and the lady taking the orders yelled saying “I told you you had to wait” I told her she never said anything and she yelled “you have to wait anyways”. She was very rude. I decided I didn’t want any food here so I drove away and she yelled from the window “have a good day.” I will not be having breakfast at this place anymore. They need to treat their costumers better.
This is the worst dd slow af I waited 25 mins for my order didn’t even get it got a refund they are too busy in there doing everything but serving
Stopped by this location while power was out today. Great service and staff. Brittney was very helpful and welcoming.
Fast friendly service and one of the few Dunkins that manage to get my order right.

Inexperienced with drinks. staff not trained to make drinks or do necessary transactions. stomach hurts from being given dairy when we specifically said oatmilk. cold foam was old or not brewed right. Staff couldn't refund and manager told me to come back Tuesday. I work out of town and will not be here during the week. I will not return to this location. $22 down the drain and managers are unprofessional.
It was my first time visiting this Dunkin. Even though it was 11 am on Friday, it was crazy busy. The location they have built it is very ill suited for a drive thru.The length of the lane is not enough to accommodate all the cars so either they have to block the intersection, or be jutting out into traffic on Forest Hill.Another thing to be improved is that in the mobile pickup there are no straws, napkins, etc. That is in the area where people are standing in line which doesn't make any sense.I have to say that they are well staffed and the service was still pleasant despite the rush; however I don't think I'll choose it again as I had to go inside to get my drink which was a hassle with a crying toddler.
Drove up to the drive through just to have no one answer me at the intercom for a solid amount of time, to the point where a line had formed behind me and people were honking. Drove up to the window just to have the person who was supposed to take my order berate me for not ordering at the intercom, despite it being their fault that my order was not taken. Finally got my food just for it to be wrong. Absolutely disgusting behavior by the staff.
Rudest worker I've ever come across. I ordered a chicken and bacon sandwich with no cheese and the woman there adds cheese when I specifically told her not to and she tried to argue with me. Customer Service is totally gone I will never be returning back here.
