Absolutely love this location! It’s the best chipotle around, the guac is always super fresh and the bowls come out fantastic! Destiny helped me out on take out and she made my experience great! Can’t imagine going to any other chipotle.
We have been very disappointed with Chipotle over the last few months so we’ve stayed away. This was my first time ordering in a while. I ordered a salad with chicken but there was barely any lettuce/salad and mostly chicken. In addition, I ordered the fajita veggies and there was none on my salad. Every time I order through the app, the order is never right. It’s frustrating. In addition, the quality of the food has gone way down. The chicken did not taste great. I wish people actually read these surveys because I really used to love Chipotle.
I recently starting coming here a lot. I really like their bowls. Although they never have veggies available. It's like they make them once a day and once they are gone, they don't have anymore. And I've gotten the same exact bowl for the last year, at least 3 or 4 times a week, and NEVER paid the same price lol. I don't know how they calculate my total but it varies by $2 every time. Staff lacks personality and they are all very young and tend to be socializing with each other more then the guests. Drink area is always messy too. But the food is good for the price ??♀️
The workers there was NOT very nice and They give you Very Little portions at the Wellington Store. We ordered 2 Large Bowls and they looked like Small Bowls with Very Small Portions they gave us. Very Sad, We went back there again to see if they had gotten better and it was the SAME VERY LITTLE PORTIONS and not that Nice workers.... Will NOT come back to this Store....
The management of this location is just…so bad. The employees are doing the best they can in an environment that’s designed for them to fail. The restaurant is dirty, they are constantly out of food, it takes forever to go through the line and even longer to wait for a pickup order. This is clearly a management issue and I’m very surprised that no one has done anything to improve this store.
Got in line, ordered chips and various dips. Only chips and dip. Paid for the food, then was told AFTER paying that they are out of chips. You couldn't have informed me at any point in time before taking my money? I know I'm over here getting all worked up over chips and all that, but I feel like that's a pretty vital piece of information to leave out considering -1) it is half of my order2) you guys charged me for the chipsDidn't get that refunded, which is partially my fault for not thinking about it at the time.Signed, person who is worked up over their missing chips.
Not much to say. The one star explains it. You would think that after looking at all of these negative comments that the corporate office would step in and make immediate adjustments. NOPE!!!!!!! NOTHING!!!!! Same service same food issues and same cleanliness issues. Staff behavior is no better. And to ensure everyone knows the real date of my review...its 3/12/2022
The new Pollo asado is very delicious. Just be aware it’s got a little kick to it. One serving is 210 cal and I got a salad with salsa and cheese for a total of 375 cal.
One of the worst chipotles I have ever been to. Zero care from employees or costumers, a mom and her two little kids had to wait for over an hour to get there food through mobile order. The children got so hungry she had to leave and never received her food. This was after multiple attempts to talk to employees. I personally also had to wait over an hour in order to get my food. When asked to speak to the manager in order to get the mom her food there was no response. This was after multiple tries over the hour. Extremely unprofessional. If possible avoid this chipotle until they change.
I don’t normally leave a review but if I could leave 0 stars I would this is the worst chipotle. I paid for my meal online and when I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready. I asked the girl and she said they had to make it “apparently someone stole it” I asked again for my meal and she said I had to wait because they had to do other orders… I didn’t end up getting my food.
