The wait for food takes forever! And curbside is a hot mess. It’s like they have McDonald’s employees doing the curbside orders; there is ALWAYS something missing. To wait forever, not get all your food and what you do get is either cold or soggy just doesn’t make sense to me for such a busy location such as the mall. Sadly, they don’t care because they will always be busy, but if POOR quality is a result of curbside service, JUST STOP OFFERING THE SERVICE. Then they hand out free chicken sandwich or nugget gift cards as a sorry - keep it and just do better. Also let me know if I need to bring my own bag to pack my order, they will stuff 10 8-count nuggets in a small bag and pile sauces on top, might as well hand everything to me in my arms. Geesh!
The wait for food at this one always takes forever! The customer service is always awful here too. McDonalds has better customer service these days. Chick-fil-A has always been above average with their service but not anymore.
Customer service was great Ana has a great attitude thank you. But the two stars is because the food was very salty I eat chik fil a atleast 4 times a week first time here in Wellington but please cut down on the salt thanks In advance!
Honestly didn’t think it was possible to get bad service here didn’t get any of my sauces that were asked for an some paid for didn’t get one of my fries or 12 price nuggets. Very surprised an disappointed
Everything was great except I tried to do the online review that was on my receipt but had issues. Tried reaching out to the store but never received a call back. Was supposed to get free sandwich for doing survey. Just ended up throwing the receipt away because it was only good for either 24 or 48 hours. Very disappointed in that. Loved the breakfast burrito and jalapeño hot sauce. ???????Hopefully someone will respond to this.
I just left Chick fil a at this location and I was shocked to experience horrible customer service. The staff handed my food over very rudely, I am not pleased with the service I just received. I would not be eating there at the location again l!

When I order a cup of tortilla soup I get a packet of tortilla, when you order a bowl you still get 1 packet of tortilla shouldn't it be two? A tortilla soup, so why scrimp on the tortilla
