Checkers alright for the prices and the food good. Only complaint I have is sometimes there food super salty especially the mozzarella sticks
I visited the Wellington, FL store today and got zero words from the employees. Going through the drive thru the cashier said zero words to be but pointed to move to a parking spot. Then brought my food out and still said nothing to me. Very rude, even after I said that k you and have a great day. Will most likely not come here again.
Not only do I critic this establishment as a customer but also as a former Door Dash delivery driver. All of the employees are disrespectful, rude, no personality. Service is horrible. As a former Door Dash driver had to cancel deliveries twice and every time I received a delivery alert for this place, I did not accept it. They make you wait for ever, to then tell you they do have half of what you ordered. You get finally get to the window and they don't greet you, they say "YEAH". To me this is an example of leadership and the individual's who own and run this place.
this is the worst checkers ever. they literally ignored us at the window and didn’t want to help us with our order. NEVER go here. these people working should not be in customer service. we waited for 20 mins and nobody helped us and not one person was in line or drive thru.
I liked the idea of the 2 for $4 sandwich special, that's why I tried this location a couple of times. I weighed the burger patty, it's about 1 1/4 ounces lol, no bargain at all, chicken one looks about the same size. First time, lady taking the order was polite, but I didn't check my bag and I only got one of the two sandwiches I ordered so that's like 1 for $4, lol. Second time, lady taking the order didn't even acknowledge me in the drive through, I had so say something first, then she was very curt and impolite after that. She got mad they were out of bottled water as if it were my fault. Apparently you can only get sickeningly sweet iced tea and since I'm no longer 6 years old I had to mix it with equal parts home made iced tea to be able to drink it. I had low expectations, but those weren't even met.
Went Friday 3/18 around 3pm and asked for honey mustard, which y’all want to charge 17¢ for ? and shorty threw the dips in my face as I went to get the change. If your going to help me still just pass me the sauce. Plus the sandwiches are smaller. My niece said she enjoyed the new fry-seasoned tender though for anyone wanting to try. Plus their so slow. 15m for one car in front.
I was the first one to order and the last one to receive this is the meal i got compared to the bill and the guy was sweeping the floor and put the fries in my bag without a glove when I complained the attendance said "what's wrong with that"...
The ladies at this location are great. Very polite and funny. The food is about the best you can get for fast food and unlike McDonald's, their ice cream machine is always working. Haha
Ok for a quick bite service was quick and food was prepared to my liking .never have any ketchup though don't know why maybe pandemic related shortage.
I came up to the window to get a free big buford for signing up and the manager was the one taking my order and never asked me what i wanted between the mother cruncher or the big buford ..she came out with the mother cruncher assuming thats what i wanted and when i told her thats not what i wanted , i wanted the big buford she threw the bag with mother cruncher inside somewhere and got extremely rude with me and being disrespectful , she has a purple shirt on today watch out she is RUDE !!
