Long wait for a take out order when the restaurant was not even that busy. It had maybe four tables in the restaurant. Was told 25 minute wait and it was closer to about 50 minutes. And the food was cold by the time I got it home. Wouldn't say the food was bad, wouldn't say it was great either. Spent $50 for a small pizza (four tiny slices), some buffalo chicken bites and two pieces of cake. Definitely was not worth it. But wouldn't say it was terrible either. I'd have to say just take a chance and see how you like it.
Currently here now.. dying of thirst.. seemed as though they were short staffed for a Sunday. Been sitting watching the ice melt in my empty cup. All my wife n I ordered was a pizza and salad which we've been waiting for over 1hr from when we ordered. When the food finally comes waitress drops food and doesnt even wait to see if we needed anything aka our drinks...I know I'm at a mall eating lunch but service coulda been a bit more on point.
Pizza is good. Lots of choices. Mac and cheese is awesome. My kids love it. Great sourdough bread with dinner. Always a nice experience.
My partner and I went there for pizza which is always good. They also have food that you can take out and cook at home
CPK has been a favorite of ours when we meet friends for dinner - love the ribeye, it's excellent! We've also tried their pizza, cobb salad among other meals and everything has been very tasty & fresh. The desserts have been excellent as well! We've always received great service & the one thing I appreciate the most - consistency! This is not one of those places that we've gone to & say "Wow! That was great! And then the next time, not so much"..at least, that has been our experience. This applies to our experience dining in as well as ordering thru DD delivery. Love it!
called up tonight for a soup and some pizza at 7:30. Was told they could not place my order because they closed at 8 and the order would take 33 min. YOU LOST A CUSTOMER OVER 3 MIN???? No manager around to take my call. Talk about total incompetence and horrible customer service for mediocre food. Will not come back, Will not have my family come back, and will tell all my friends and co-workers to not come back. Happy Holidays!!!
The last several times we ordered for pick up the orders were always wrong. Tonight I ordered a barbecue chicken chop salad and it had NO CHICKEN. I hope you’ve eaten at California pizza kitchen the food I’ve been pretty good before Covid. The food quality in service has gone down consistently. I will no longer recommend California pizza kitchen

This place is nothing like it used to be, I ordered for pickup here, and as I got to the counter, the young lady at togo seemed to not understand me, so I had to take my mask of and practically spell out every word that came out of my mouth. Secondly, I added bread and utensils to my order and it was not added and once notified, she caught quite an attitude, such as throwing the bread and utensils into the bar while other bags were ready for togo, taped up and all. My bad was open like my order didn’t matter as a paying customer. Extremely dissatisfied with customer service here and I will not give this location my money.(Also I called to speak to a manager, they told me it was busy so i’d be on hold for a while, although i was just there and it wasn’t busy at all) pathetic
