The food was good and environment was clean. The shakes are always made very well and don't dissapoint. The service was very nice and the counter-person who took my order, named Nico, was respectful and kind.
Family- friendly service!! The employees were so kind and went out of their way to tell us about deals and save us some extra money. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good burger.

I have gone to Burger Fi many times but sometimes their service lacks a bit. The most recent time we went they forgot about our milkshakes so we had to remind them to make them and they make our fries wrong. But overall I enjoy coming here to eat!
Probably best burgers in the area in my opinion. Plenty of options including alternative options. They also sell wagyu burgers as well which are fantastic. The CEO is my personal favorite. The only downside is the price but totally worth it
Don’t go here. Service is incredibly slow and customers treated like an inconvenience. Food is very overpriced. For instance, my 7 year old got a “Kids Chicken Tender Meal” for $8.97. It came with 2 tiny nuggets, an applesauce, and a juice box (which they were out of). Needless to say, our child was still hungry as any child over 2 would likely be. My $9.47 cheeseburger was good but not $10 good.
I dine at this particular location in Wellington multiple times a week and it is always perfect. Food taste very good and the place is clean! Today I had an issue while placing an order online (no fault of the store at all) and the manager was extremally helpful and accommodating. I inadvertently placed the order for delivery while my husband was already on the way to pick up and they made the corrections necessary without hesitation and very willing to help. In less the 5 minutes the order was ready for pick up. I will recommend this location of Burgerfy to anyone hungry for good burgers! Thank you so much for being amazing in every aspect.

I wish the cashier, Kiara smiled more. It’s a cold look I get when I order here. It happens every time. Food is good but it is just annoying that they are not cheery.For example, today I went to Starbucks and even though the person at the cash register was wearing a mask I could tell she gave me a beautiful smile. She was so friendly and it just made my day. I told her so too. We need to remember a smile is a powerful and much needed thing to do!
First time trying because I was in town visiting family. Order was taken wrong and food took forever to come out. Forgot the bacon on my burger and when I asked for it they brought out a little tray with broken and burnt up pieces. Forgot a order of fries and when told said they would bring them out and that didn't happen so after waiting 15 min I just cancelled the fries because they never came out. Burgers were dry and for the cost not acceptable. Will not be dining there again if food quality and service is like that.
