Pretty bad experience. Took a few minutes to even get sat, then when sat the waitress was more interested in her lunch than even greeting us or taking an order. Walked out.
For the outrageous prices I am paying I was down right disappointed with how average the wings are and how stingy they were with their sauces !! As a long time BWW fan I will not be coming back as any other wing establishment would have offered better wings for a more reasonable price. Only upside was our server was great.Also they wouldn’t show American Ninja Warrior on any of the TV’s and instead showed the NBA playoff game. Ridiculous!!

Stay away, stay FAR away from this location. We visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Wellington on 3/26/22. It was between the lunch hour rush and dinner rush so not very crowded. Service started out good with the waitress taking our drink and food order in a timely matter. But, she never came back to check on us, not once. The sides that came with my friend's meal didn't arrive until he was almost finished eating (and were delivered to our table my another wait staff, not our waittress). We had to flag down other wait staff to get a fork for my friend so he could eat his coleslaw when it finally arrived. We had to flag down another wait staff to get refills on our drinks. I could go on and on. Other than take our order and deliver our food our waittress never checked back with us to see how we were doing. I also had to chase down the check to finally get out of this [email protected] hole of a restaurant. Very disappointing. I used to go to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Boynton Beach and always had great service. I just moved to the Wellington area and was happy to see a restaurant not too far from my new apartment. WORST SERVICE EVER. I will NEVER go back to this location. You have lost a good customer and lots of $$$$ in business that I will take to your competitors.
Food was tasty but prep and service could use some attention. My quesadilla was served naked on the plate without the shredded lettuce or salsa. I asked the server who brought it to our table for salsa and had to ask 3 times. She had no clue (not our waitress). Too much trouble to get lettuce...
We got there we were standing waiting to be seated for a while, the place was about 35% full so it was a lot of empty tables to be seated. Until someone came and told me that was a 45 minutes wait to be seated because they were back up at the kitchen, so I ask if we could wait at the table and they told me no. I ask to speak to the manager and nobody came to speak to me. And I ended up leaving. To many young kid that don't care working there.
I know due to COVID everything has changed about dining out. Our server was really nice and attentive and was always around. But it wasn't that good it just didn't hit the spot. I wanted wings so bad. Yes I got wings but not the quality I look for from BWW.
The one star goes out to the service at this location. Took 20 minutes to get fountain drinks, never got a drink from the bar I ordered. Had to ask a waitress who said it was her 2nd day get refills of the fountain drinks, SILVERWARE, and the rest of the food we ordered(Keri was her name and she was more attentive then the actual manager). Our waitress was apparently the shift MANAGER with no manager skills and blaming her staff for everything taking so long. I understand short staffing issues but it was not even busy. To top it off the experience took ANOTHER 15 minutes just to GET a check to leave!!
It's under new management. They are upgrading the TV's and viewing experience which is going to look great. The new GM was super friendly. Still one of my favorite spots.
For the amount of money I spent, I expected better quality food and service. Let alone get the order right. I asked for extra sauce on my wings and sauce on the side. Well, I got no sauce on the side and I can barely taste the flavor I got. I also asked for all flats, no all flats and they labeled it flats. Overall very terrible experience.
