The boba’s recently havent been tasting sweet as back then… i’ve came a couple times. I have called twice and the first time they listened to the phone call but then hung up on me, second time i was just ignored.
I have been going here weekly since summer started but recently had two very bad experiences with customer service. The first time I had asked for a different drink as mine did not taste at all like what I had ordered. I asked for a refund for the first drink as they apparently charge for second drinks there and was told (not politely) they did not do refunds. I decided I did not want to pay over $10 for one drink and left. I contacted the manager the same day who offered me a free drink. I went back a couple days later to get the free drink, which was offered through a text message. When I arrived and tried to receive my drink, a girl behind the counter grabbed my phone without asking, scrolled through my text messages, smirked at what she read, and said to me "Oh so you're that girl." Her tone was very rude and condescending, as if I had done something wrong. After I confronted her about her comment, she did not apologize, but instead made an excuse that sometimes she just "sounds aggressive," which was obviously a cover-up for being called out. In general, many of the girls working here need a lesson in customer service.I have worked in the service industry for seven years and have never treated a customer like this, and I have dealt with some real a**holes. I think it would be obvious the type of manners you should have at an establishment like this, but obviously some of the workers there are not capable of being polite. Very sad to see as someone who works in this business and as a previous customer who will not be returning ever again.There are other boba places in this mall. Please go anywhere else.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I've been here a few times, and it wasn't until this past experience that I thought to warn the poor people wandering in there. To have failed even my low expectations was a feat I didn't think was possible to achieve.The "baristas" there seem to whip up the drink on the spot like it's the "special of the day" on bobs burgers; a different recipe every time. They don't seem to understand what customer service is or what it means to be professional in the service industry. The girl that I dealt with lacked class and basic manners. I don't know what was harder to tolerate---the workers or the dirty environment.Save your money for a better boba place. No wonder it's located in the far end corner of the mall.
Decent selection of flavors but the fact that they just add the tip at the end without an option is wild to me. Maybe just include it in the total price All I’m saying is it’s a sneaky way of getting more money
It wasn't busy, I had wanted to try Boba tea so I found this location. It was ok at best. The tea was hot and melted the ice. Not the best experience.
The only milk tea place I know that offers cream foam tiger boba drink. It is so good. You should try this drink.
Dining area needs cleaned . As well as new furniture.. floors were sticky. Product was good . Smoothies were yummy ?
this place is AMAZING!! i must say i will try any milk tea flavor and it will taste good. the smoothies especially the spring break is too good to be true. and my favorite, their new drink cream foam tiger! the staff are super nice as well. overall experience 11/10! just make sure you pay attention when they call drinks and your experience will be amazing
Hmm! First time trying it and it wasn't so bad. My kid wanted to try a Boba Tea still don't know if I tried it. I bought an Eternal youth. I'll let y'all know if it worked when I'm in my 60s.
Awesome drinks and the pork steam buns are amazing go here every time I go to the mall.
