Regular at Rocco’s, love their pizza. Little aggravated today after going to get 2 slices on lunch…and got 2 frozen frisbees instead lol Was in a rush to get back to work on time, figured it’s probably still warm just came out. mannnnnnn the coldest slices Lol how you do me like this Rocco’s cmon now.
Their pizza used to be decent. The service has always been mediocre. The last couple of times the service was awful and the place had way too many flies. There were flies on and around the pizza. Way too many. It was grows.
Hands down, the best pizza place in wellington! Not only is the pizza unbeatable (my favorite is pepperoni and sausage), the service is excellent. You always feel welcomed when you order and pick up. They always answer their phone for takeout orders, never had a bad experience.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. First of all it’s a gas station! Secondly, the workers are dirty! Theirs of all they are so busy flirting with customers instead of paying attention to the orders being placed. First I get the wrong pizza. Got all the way to my car and someone came running out because they gave us her pizza. We go inside and they proceed to give me another pizza. The pizza was raw still. It was cold and the toppings weren’t cooked. Let me add that the pizza got stuck when taking it out the over so he felt it was okay to serve me a pizza that had a side ripped off! Now the wings, old, hard and when the meat starts turning white bc it’s old, yup that’s how it looked! Totally disturbing and they should be ashamed for serving food that way! Those employees should be fired for their lack of customer service and inability to cook and serve food that is edible. The whole order went in the trash!
Ordered pizza for the first time because I saw a Lotta good reviews order was placed at 1:45 estimated pick up was 245 which I thought was pretty long I showed up around 230 and they told me it would 20 minutes I wait 20 minutes go back in and I’m told they are just now putting the pizzas in the oven! So I’m sitting outside of a gas station for two hours waiting on a pizza this is ridiculous!
This is easily one of the best pizza places in Wellington! Our family orders from Big Rocco’s all the time and it’s always a home run. Not only is the pizza great, but Jim and the whole team is amazing. They go above and beyond for their customers. Food always arrives hot and delicious. Tip: do not order through an app, call the restaurant directly.
Never thought I would be getting my pizza at a gas station but I will from now on. Got a well done Margarita and it was the best I’ve had in a long time. Loaded with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. Great pizza!!!!
This is a take out Italian eatery located inside a gas station convenience store located near the intersection of Forest Hill Blvd. and South Shore.Ordered a large cheese pizza, Meatball Parmigiana sub and a Chicken Parmigiana sub. Everything including the NY style pizza (which when we arrived back home in Greenacres, still had the oil oozing from the surface), tasted excellent. You can just tell when quality ingredients were used. The four meatballs were huge and the chicken was cooked to perfection along with the cheese. Sauces were very tasty and the baked sandwich bread was toasted just right. Highly recommended.
Heard great things. Placed order on line through slice app. 1 hour wait, not bad. Arrived when it said pizza was ready. Walked in to watch an extremely stressed out associate drop a pizza coming out of the oven. Lucky it wasn’t mine. When things had settled down, I inquired about my order since the slice app had updated ready. I was informed they had turned off internet ordering earlier because short staffed. My starving family ended up with Papa John’s
First time eating at Rocco’s today and it was amazing! My kids loved it! Great customer service! Pizza was delicious! Highly recommend
