Wow! The brisket was awesome. Friendly and helpful staff. The place has a good ambience. It was raining while I was there. Amazing food and rain, what a combination. Try the place and see.
Dare I say this is the best brisket this side of the Sierra Nevada. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Best ribs in the area - hands down!!!! Excellent sides including my favorite Brunswick stew. The menu is packed with great options you would expect from a BBQ menu and lots of surprise items like their wraps, and award winning burgers. Nine out of ten times we get the same thing - their signature ribs - if it ain't broke don't fix it!!!!
This was the first time I was in this establishment and my understanding is it has been there a long time and is an old favorite of the Vero Beach crowd. We were not disappointed the portions were nice and tasty. Our waiter took good care of us and chatted and told us about local attractions and places to visit. We would love to go back again someday.
This is 1 of my favorite places to eat. When I have family in town they love it too. Yet, tonight I was craving ribs, so I ordered the 3 meat combo with ribs, brisket and BBQ pork. Baked potatoe and sweet potatoe. This good for at least 4 meals. Yet, I get home and NO RIBS. Disappointed...if would have drove back they would have be closed. Next time I will have to double check the order before driving away
Just a fantastical place to get ya some Texas style smoked brisket. Baby back ribs, half rack or full rack. Their signature BBQ sauces are very good. I had three granddaughters my daughter and my wife with me. I'll have to post pictures next time I go. Wife said the Margarita was good, I had a Stella.
Our party of 4 dined on a Tuesday evening. Some of us had a fine experience with the food, one of us was not so lucky. The issue was cold food. Cold stew was served. We sent it back and were served hot as a replacement. When the main meal was served my ribs were cold. As I didn't want to complain again I decided not to eat them and take them home to warm them up later. My friend who also had ribs got a nice big rack of hot ribs. Mine were cold and small in comparison to hers. Consistency seems to be an issue. Our servers had a great attitude despite being spread thin due to having to also take care of a very large group.
Ya think someone would acknowledge im sitting here at the bar, 15mins or more now,, no one else except a slew of dirty dishes/glasses from previous diners
I just spent 30 minutes in a drive-through line waiting for food. I know barbecue takes time, but this was *too* much time. The young woman at the window was very pleasant, but was unable to run my credit card due to, allegedly, their system suddenly going down. The main issue here is that she left me sitting in the car for the longest time with my credit card and never at any point asked if I had cash… which I did. After apologizing and saying the system is still down, I realized that my food had been sitting there for over 20 minutes. There were better solutions than this one. My solution? I’m currently writing this review from the drive-through at Sonny’s BBQ 10 minutes down the road. I hate going with chains and prefer local restaurants, but unfortunately 14 Bones is now off my list.
I went for lunch. The food was so good I went back for dinner. The half rack of baby backs was worth every penny.
