I ordered a Jr bacon and 6 piece nugget and wanted a small frosty and eventhough I asked for it she did not put it in my order. The amount was supposed to be $4.67 without the frosty and they charged my card $6.60. I am not petty but these little snakes charged me $2 for a small frosty. I was dumb enough to not ask for a receipt but will be calling their "customer service number" during business hours. Beware and make sure you get a receipt a few of these in a day and they have a nice undeserved tip.
Horrible drive through manger should be fired
Last visit, I know I got a single that had been sitting, no extra onion, burger not hot. Fries, off the chain! Buh-bye McDonald's fries!
Horrible drive thru service! We waited 25 minutes for our order. It was 2 p.m. Ended up going inside to see what was taking so long. They didn't get our order right & all the food was cold. There were even people walking out, cursing, because the service was so slow. They had plenty of staff,so I don't understand why they were so slow & unorganized.
New experience for breakfast with the Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant. Coffee was hot, but while we had to wait for rest of meal to be ready, and for half and half to be brought out, coffee was no longer hot.
Save your time the one on 60 is better. Both in quality and attitude of the workers, specifically the black woman manager with an anger problem
I been here a couple times now and each time I went there the food is always hot and fresh the fries were well salted as well! I love this Wendy’s location.
This place was as disappointing as ever. Out of both items we wanted to order, and this is yet another reason that it will be a while before we try to return to this location. There were out of both potatoes and chili......as I said, not the first time we have had this issue here
Normally I'm happy with this location. I asked for 3 drinks with no ice. The first 2 were handed to me full of ice. I mentioned it, the guy shrugged and rolled his eyes, then walked away. Not to be a bother I asked if at least the third one could be without ice. Got home to find the cups only 3/4 full. When I pulled out the ice this is what I had left.
Bun was over-tosted but the manager fixed it immediately to my satisfaction.
