After decades of patronizing Vincent's, we visited tonight to find an unannounced change of the most petty variety. Vincent's has decided that they're going to pass on credit card merchant fees on to their patrons. It now appears as a line item on your receipt. Yuck.I understand that prices are on the rise and everyone is feeling the pinch, but just raise the prices on the menu. That way I know what I'm paying up front. We already have to account for a 20% tip, 7% sales tax. Add in 4% for a "non-cash fee" and the cost of your meal is now 31% greater than what you see on the menu. Yeesh.Shoveling the cost of doing business onto customers as hidden fees is just gross. It's 2022. Stop pretending that it's the 1960s. As sad as it makes me to say this, we won't be back. I won't patronize businesses who are so petty toward their customers.Good luck, it's been great. We'll really miss you.

I was very much taken back that they now have a special line charge of 3% for using your credit card. First time I have ever seen this in a restaurant. Food is good and is already a bit overpriced and I just thought it was in poor taste to adopt this and pass along to the customers

I have to say, I have not been to Vincent's Pizza for several years. I ordered lunch for 3 people, 2 subs and antipasto, there was something wrong with everyone's food. The meat and cheese was sour and inedible in the antipasto. The subs were far from being filled, unless you just like bread. I am giving 2 stars just for the fried mozzarella, that was good. Other than that 0 stars is my choice. FYI 4% credit card charge that was not disclosed when order was placed by phone.

Food was average. Pricing on the high average side and they charge an additional 4% to use a credit card. It would be more customer friendly if they added 1% to all their pricing and ditched the 4%, charge in my opinion, as a most customers pay cash anyway. They should be able to absorb the credit card fee as a cost of doing business.

customer for many years, food and staff always great. Have now started charging 4% to pay by credit card and not telling you this until you go to pay. Something about a raffle for a gift certificate if your bill is over a certain amount. Processing credit card payments is a convenience and safety measure for both merchants and customers, its one of the costs of doing business. Many restaurants to chose, find one that doesnt penalize credit card users.

This place has been excellent for 40 yrs a family restaurant that never diapoints

Love this place! Not fancy, just good food, servce, reasonable prices. Pomodoro sauce is nicely done! Fresh dices tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil... Sprinkled w/fresh Parmigiano Reggiano. Served with crusty bread, balsamic vinegar and good olive oil. A treat for the eyes as well as your palate. Buon Appetito!

This is the rude lady at the counter. I remember Mason and his friend extremely well, even on a busy Memorial Day weekend. I took the order at 625 pm. Explained order should take 25 minutes. They did come in early for pick up and were very polite . I kindly and professionally explained to them I am sorry we are running a little behind. They were silent yet kind. Their pizza came out at 710 instead of 655, 15 minutes late. During those 15 minutes with other guest waiting I personally spoke to them 5 different times apologizing for the time delay, I also gave them a free pizza for there next visit because I had already received payment for this order, again the gentleman up until this time were patient and kind. The moment I put their order on the counter and apologized again, Mason starts screaming about the icecream in the car, about the time it took. His reaction just thru me in a loop. He continued screaming as he was walking out the door for all the patrons to hear. We are a family restaurant and will not except people to disrupt our other customers like this. A customer at the counter replied Mason because of his rudeness, as this time I did reply to Mason that Dominos does deliver. The order did not take an hour. Mason then goes out in his car, again 710 order was giving, and Mason email the restaurant to complain, we received the email at 718 (guest he was not worried about his icecream while emailing setting out in his car). Vincent's has been in business since 1978 original owners, who were there . I personally have been there for 26 years. We love our customers and treat them like family, however every once in awhile you get a unsatisfied customer that no matter what you do is good enough, we understand that, however we will not allow being yelled at and disruption of our other guest. We hope the people reading this will understand. Thank you

The women working the phone was incredibly rude and told us the pizza would be done in 25 minutes. The pizza was ready in an hour and then politely talking to her about how long it took she was incredibly rude and told us to order at dominos. This place has horrible customer service and I will neve be getting pizza from there again. The pizza was a 4-10. This place sucks.

Grew up going to Vincent's and it was always pretty good. Recently found myself there again for the first time in many years. It just might be my last visit.Service was and has always been good here. Served soda in small glasses and hot bread that was fresh, adequate. Decent amount of protein with each entree but their "sides" of veggies and potatoes were unpropotionately small, the veggies resembling a mere plate garnish! I wasn't much luckier - my personal pizza tasted, well, weird. The dough and the sauce just didn't taste right. I wouldn't reorder anything from the visit.Might be an okay place if it were the only Italian place in town, but there are better options.
