The Thai chicken wrap was tasty and generous. The Blueberry bliss smoothie was watered down so much it had almost no flavor. Total disappointment and waste of money. Even saw her adding water... If I had known it wasn't part of the formula I would have complained. The other location in town is much better. Don't buy here.
Most of the workers have their hair down and over their shoulders when making the food and smoothies ?
Tropical smoothie cafe in Vero Beach on 20th street was not a great experience yesterday for me and the family and there was no manager on site to even address our issues let alone refund us for charging us for an extra smoothie. It didn’t seem like there had been proper training with the employees considering the customer service either. After all said and done there was no one available to do anything. I feel like the management should be trained better as well because the employees had no direction how to fix it. I would just like someone to give me back what I was charged extra for.
Unfortunately one of the worst smoothies I've had. Mostly chunky ice, and what wasn't didn't get mixed up leaving raw powder to try and drink.
Girl with the pink hair and the short one complain and whine about customers while other customers are in the cafe waiting. Not customer service friendly and need an attitude adjustment
I love the store …but a girl name jessica she is great and very down to earth y’all should check it out they take good care of there customers !!!!
When we walked in the employee was sitting at the table, and went to the counter after eating and put his hands all over his mouth and never washed his hands before he made our smoothies. To make matters worse, a black woman was behind us and got skipped one another woman walked in and went straight to the front of the line. When we called the employee out for allowing this, she just shrugged
Stopped by here after touring the Rock Garden! Smoothies were good and made quickly. We also had the chicken quesadilla that was good! TSC is consistently good.
Love this place! Food and smoothies are always great and the staff is excellent. Clean environment and great customer service.
The staff was efficient and our meal was promptly made. My chicken sandwich was really good.
