I will personally say that this tacobell has a one of a kind hard working loving beautiful humble whole hearted women working for them. She could make any past bad experience change your entire perspective change. Thank you kim for being kim for showing up at work tonight because god needed me to meet you! I needed to feel your vibe and presence without even knowing it. U have gained a loyal customer just by an everyday employee who showed up to work and went above and beyond for one customer ❤️
I ordered on the app for drive thru pick up. You have to try pretty hard to mess up an order that is litterally typed out in front of you. Congrats to these guys for successfully accomplishing exactly that. Asked for no sour cream, everything has sour cream. Asked for 3 burritos and a taco, got 3 tacos and a burrito. ?♀️ The mexican pizzas weren't even cut, nor were they cooked long enough so they were soggy. Asked for diablo and fire sauce.... got mild and med. Ugh.
Tacos & burritos craving pack. Bottom of the box was not folded right & spattered half in & out from hitting bottom door jam. Seeing it falling out tried to stop it & spilled large mt dew over the food landing on floor board ground. Drove all the way back & it was just not worth the trouble. We had ordered w out sour cream on the borritoes 1st time explaining what happen forgot to have it put on the side, cold & did not task right. Why the craving boxes can we just get the bag please? Thank you
Road construction makes entry and exit to and from this place a little bit confusing and difficult. The food is the usual fast food tasty and moderately priced. I wish they would bring back their Mexican pizza which was always very good. For some reason they have decided to discontinue it. Drive thru lines are often very busy and slow.
Went there 2 times frist time they messed up the order and when we said something she wanted to charge us to fix it . When it was there mistake cause they were to busy talking to someone else while taking the order . Then I bought nacho fries they must have been sitting there for ever they were cold and hard as rocks the tocos were slapped together and cold they have no pride in there work or the food they serve
They haven't got my to go order right in my last 5 visits. Nice people though.
The tag said l haven't been there in 10 months. I wonder why! They never have any stock, never get the order close to being correct and one night, while l had been waiting at the pay window for 5 minutes, I decided to light a cigarette and the employee leaned over, "me expecting to be asked to extinguish it" but instead "I'm getting ready to go on break, can l have one of those?"
The people at my Taco Bell are amazing! Always greeted with smiles, food is delicious!
Staff friendly very polite and courteous the girl almost forgot my drink if I hadn't been talking about my order to the guy who was making my tacos
Went thur drive thur said I wanted 4 tacos and 2 beef Grandin meals the lady gave me order I new it was way to light for what I ordered she did not give me the 4 tacos she said I did not order them the girl next to her said yes they did no apologie ect just attitude when I was come and nice
