Went into subway on my lunch break at 2 pm I waited about 10 mins for someone to come out when the lady did come from the back she told me to have a seat and wait for her because she wasn’t ready. At that point I’d already waisted too much time and had to go elsewhere for lunch .

Usually have good service there, an older woman I think her name was Flora, was extremely rude to a non-english-speaking customer who requested her sandwich be toasted, she refused to toast the sandwich. The lady who clearly didn't speak good English looked embarrassed but couldnt find the words to argue. I didn't even want to order food after that and left. The lady working was clearly in a horrible mood and caught an attitude over being asked to toast bread.....
Was there twice a few weeks ago. While all other restaurants that I know of have their employees wear masks (we are in the middle of a pandemic and all food servers I know of wear masks), the lady making the sandwiches had no mask on. She was breathing all over the food and it grossed me out. This happened twice and I walked out both times. Once I went to Chick-fil-a across the street and the other time Chipotle. Both places everyone wore masks.
Staff was rude and the floors were dirty and sticky.

Excellent owner, I had a fantastic experience with him and Crystal! They make good sandwiches here. The manager is professional and something of a gentleman. Great experience!
Excellent service
Friendly people and fresh sandwich stuff. It seemed to be very clean. I've seen some Subways that weren't.
