Quick stop for the Grandchildren while on the road back home. The person taking the order was oblivious to the screen, And at this location they don't ever have sauerkraut for the New York Hotdog. They forgot a couple items too! The person presenting us with our order showed good customer service.
My visit was 11:15pm. Service was horrible, I saw only teenagers who looked overwhelmed. My #1 combo tasted rancid I threw it all away in the trash. Unbelievable, I've never been to a Sonic this terrible.
I don't know how the day shift is, but the late night shift is absolutely horrible. Just a bunch of young teens goofing off and making you wait just to see your reactions. They were rating people. Yes. Rating people. Like "you're a 7, you need to wait". Or "you're a 3" they said to one guest. The girl taking orders would just space out and leave without saying anything, and then finally a higher up took over and he got us our food finally. When we got the food, it was not fresh. Smelt rancid but I thought it was just normal fast food smell. Nope it was bad meat. Will probably not visit this location again during night hours. Someone needs to do something about that crew and their lack of work performance and quality of the food.
I ordered a crispy chicken , mozzarella sticks , vanilla milkshake , blue berry slushie. My uber eats delivered a double cheese burger medium coke a small frie and a coolies & cream milkshake. Are the employees high or just cant read
After a miserable attempt of an experience in Fort Pierce on Sunday after a day at the beach where we sat in a stall for 10 minutes without being greeted the Vero location was a pleasure! Great service and speed of food delivery was also outstanding. My only complaint is that you should be able to tip on a card payment.
Logan was an argumentative jerk. I won't be back and cannot recommend anyone to visit either. Asking the customer to Contact the Employee hot line to correct an internal issue is also bad business. We had a bad experience already and I did my part by letting you know honestly. The rest needs to be your issue to correct, not mine.
Never had a good meal from here. Recently tried after grocery shopping again and the tater tots looked to be from days ago, the hot dog wasn't even warm, and the chicken tenders were burnt. Very disappointed, yet again. The food is always stale or old it seems like and its never hot. Its usually fried food we are getting, which is hard to mess up, but they do it. They are way overpriced too. Definitely not worth the money. Save yourself the time and cost, go elsewhere. There is plenty of better food in town.
We had some comfort food on Valentine's Day. An All American Hot Dog with Tater Tots and a root beer and an Cheese Chilly Dog with Tater Tots and a strawberry shake with whipped cream. A nice end to a very busy day.
I love their ice cream and the soft serve machine is never broken!! My Apolo loves the pup cup!
Given 4 stars due to the Milkshake and Slush machines being down during my visit. I was really craving a Cherry Limeade Slush but had to settle for just a Cherry Limeade drink which is good but not as good.
