I grew up in the Chicago area. Moved to Colorado for 30 years and just moved to Sebastian Florida. I have been missing pizza and beefs. This place is Chicago authentic. There pizza is as good as it gets, crust perfect all ingredients are perfect. Italian beefs also like being back home. Bread which is important is right on, beef tender and juices leaves no question of authenticity. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
My first visit to Vero Beach to visit family. We kept hearing WE need to go to Ski's Hideaway and just had so much going on couldn't fit it in. Today, it became a priority and so glad we did. This place is AWESOME!!! To say the Chicago Beef sandwich is spectacular is an understatement. OMG Bring your appetite when you come because they don't skimp on portions and I'm quite confident you will look forward to returning. GREAT FOOD, laid back atmosphere and friendly staff!!
Great little hidden gem for sandwiches and pizza or even just a cold drink on a hot day from the bar. On 20th in downtown Vero with indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff and the owner will check on you to make sure you're enjoying your meal. Awesome onion rings and authentic Chicago beef dip sandwiches. I can't wait to try the pork tenderloin sandwich!
1st time eating at Skis Hideaway. I was really impressed with the menu. I tried the Italian beef sandwich. It was truly delicious. The au jus gave me heartburn though but I should have known better. The service wasn't the best but it was still an enjoyable evening. Definitely will be back soon
Love Skis! The staff is awesome and the food is great. They offer a great selection of local beer too! For a Chicago style place you need to try the Korean Tacos!!! Ginger and other great spices give them a killer flavor bomb! A must visit when in the area.

Recently moved here with my wife. Skis has quickly become our go to spot. Lady's working always working hard and the food always comes out great. I grew up a hour South of Chicago and their food takes me right home! Love this place.
I go a 1-2 times a week, and everything I’ve had so far is great! The girls are great at their jobs and beyond friendly!!! Highly recommend
This is a small bar and restaurant in downtown Vero but comes with good food and good prices. I had their special Pork Tenderloin sandwich and my wife had the Philly Cheese Steak, both were excellent with large portions. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. Their Friday special is Grouper sandwich which is also very good.
Lunch was perfect. Outside dining. Great staff. First visit. Everyone made us feel so welcomed.
