TL;DR: Must visit place for sushi lovers. Ambiance: A cosy dining space with around 10 tables. Very clean. Decorated with traditional items and souvenirs. It looked that it might get full during busy hours so reservation is recommended. Staff: Both the hostess and the server were extremely friendly. The only thing better than their food is their courtesy. We had a reservation and was seated promptly after arrival. Food: We ordered three different kinds of sushi and one drunken noodles. The sushi was amazingly good. Sushi bomb was recommended by the hostess and was extremely satisfying. If you are into spicy food as we are, ask for hot sauce, they have a caddy with four different varieties. Did not experience any downside. Highly recommended. We plan to visit again in three days.
It’s not up to my expectations out of a Thai quality food. Very tight place and parking can become an issue. Food is okay but I’ve had much better Thai food in other Thai restaurants.
Very attentive service. Soup & tiny veggie/fruit salad immediately appeared as a surprise. The food was excellent. Thai spring rolls. Soft shell crab appetizer. Crispy noodle entree with seafood & tons of vegetables. Yummy. Unfiltered saki. Just a delightful place. Wonder why they have it so dark during the day? Recommended by friends

I have lived here in Vero since 1980 and have never been to this restaurant. Wow! Have we been missing one of the Best Restaurants in town! Excellent atmosphere, friendly, great service and fabulous food. I had a Basil Chicken dish. All the vegetables were perfectly cooked with just a little crunch. The flavors were out of this world. And then the crown jewel Fried Ice Cream. Don’t ask just try it! I’m going to be a new regular!
The place offers a vast variety of fresh food. I loved dining here. Staff members are always kind, prices are fair and the spot is always well organised.
My wife and I have been to Saigon Sushi 4 times in the last 2 months and this is our favorite restaurant! We have tried 4 other Asian food restaurants and we are both in agreement that Saigon Sushi is the best for; atmosphere, service, food presentation, taste and also value (price!) We have gone alone, with friends and my mom. Everyone agrees that Saigon Sushi is the BEST! We have a reservation for this evening again - excited to go! My wife loves the Sashimi, Pho with Crispy Duck and Tempura! My favorites are the Yum Woon Sen Kung (Thai Salad with Shrimp - spelled wrong - lol!) , Dragon Roll and Tempura! They are so nice and we hope you have a great experience as we always do!
We dine here during the winter whenever we are in VB. The owners and staff are very friendly and kind. Good food no matter what is on the menu. Look forward to dining here.
