The gelati was really tasty however the staff at this location did not make us feel welcome when I came in with my family. The girl working at the time made us feel rushed and was not friendly at all. The open sign was also turned off well before closing.Overall - great product but unprofessional staff and uninviting atmosphere
Italian ice is decent but guy working the past few times weve been here on Sundays has zero customer service. Also, store doesn't open on time and he walks around doing nothing whole we wait outside and place is randomly closed in middle of shifts with sign "at bank". He is certainly not helping with business, we left after a while of him not acknowleging us outside.
Sometimes I just don’t get this place I love their Italian ices but I was in there yesterday and they had no cherry no orange and most important of all no chocolate I don’t understand how they could not have these basic flavors in stock at all times

Ritas is always amazing, but this location was out of a bunch of different flavors WHICH WAS NOT COOL. It was a hot summer (well technically winter but it’s hot here). Still great.
They literally never have any chocolate custard. Ever. Not once in the last THREE YEARS have they had it any time that I’ve been there. I don’t know if they just gave up making it or what but they might as well take it off their menu.
Here now. Girl behind the counter needs a attitude adjustment. Never experienced this breed of human before. Just nasty
