Third time we have issues with the T-Mobile Tuesday offer. Other times just didn't bother with it, but today I had to say something because other customers are being denied their offers. The manager Bernard and the lady at the register (extremely rude and disrespectful) tried to explain that have to go online to redeem the offer. However, the instructions on T-Mobile Tuesday say we redeem and enter the code on the Popeyes App, not internet. I followed the prompts and could see the free offer on the total screen. I called corporate, and I was told I did it correctly, so the employees need to be trained and explained how it works. I tried to show Bernard and his employee but they didn't want to hear it, he threw our food in the trash, didn't want to reimburse our money, said he had to request it through the app. I was willing to show him the steps on my phone so he could see and understand how we redeem the offers but no, said he was too busy. It's unfortunate, but as we have read on other reviews, we aren't the only ones having a bad experience there. I appreciate their hard work, but never a disrespectful attitude. No one deserves that.
Thi staff on this place is really bad no good customer service at all got there at 8:00 pm they close at 9:00 pm and they don't have nothing I ask for 12 piece family meal they only have white pieces of white meat I ask if a can have some dark meat they said no I ask to refund my $$ for the order and they don't want to do it after so much of discusión they take like 30 mins to refund my $$ they are all rude and moody
Came to this Popeyes cuz even though there is one closer to the house on US1, this Popeyes used to have the better quality chicken. I say used to, but not anymore. And they can't even count to 12, like in a 12 piece family meal. Got home to find we got 11 pieces. And to top it all off, 5 of the 12 pieces are wings... what a bargain! Not!
I love the cuisine. Spicy breast and those buns! To die for! Just kidding about dying but great biscuits.
Ordered 30 dollars worth of food sat down andStarted to eat and a young woman from PopeyesCame up to me and my son and made us leave and was being very rude!!!!! I've eaten ate this establishment for many years...never again...Then I got back to the hotel and we had no spoons for the red beans and rice, no cocktail sauce for my shrimp no jelly for the biscuits ? like I said if this young lady worked for me she would have been FIRED right then and there
Ordered 4 piece wing mild. Received 2 thighs 1leg 1 wing. 17.00 dollars to give me chicken I won't eat No more wasting my money. No more Popeyes DONE. 3 times in 2 weeks. Too much
1:30 on a Friday. In and out in less than 2 minutes. Never had that happen before.

We stopped here once on the way home and everything was great. Food tasted good and it was quicker than we thought.
Tenders not very good. 2 piece meal good. Staff pleasant.
