Not sure what the issue is with this company but seems like always something. Ordered one spicy meal one not but neither marked so we had to guess...and got the sides wrong even though the employee repeted what I ordered. 2 stars because the chicken was good.
The food was good chicken was nice and crispy. Mac and cheese was wonderful and the sweet tea so good. The only problem the cashier took my receipt and trash it before even offering it to me.
Food was good, but the employee taking my order charged me $11.99 for 2 can dine special and then shows me the coupon for $9.99 and says she couldn't give me that price.... To top it off, they charged me $3.29 to add a large drink....McDonald's sells there large drinks for $1 and some locations $1.79 ....so I spent over $16.00 dollars for lunch.....
I want this place to succeed and not go out of business. Problem is it takes 30-45 min to get my order. Employees are very slow and are in no rush for the customer. Advice for the owners. Employees need to be retrained or fired if they can not make customers meal in 10 min max
The manager 'REFUSED' to give me mayo on the side in a small cup. After a 8 min discussion with other employees n offering to even pay for it, finally got it. Then after getting in my car, my order was wrong!!!At this point, I didn't bother to go back in. It was only 1 sandwich!!!!
Same as every other Popeyes. Takes forever, the order is wrong, and the food is hit or miss. This time it was good, so it gets 3 stars instead of 1.
Inside the establishment I Ordered a dozen of chicken nuggets which takes about 8 minutes to cook at 12:16 PM I did not receive my order until 12:37 PM and I never received a receipt for my purchase. I'm disappointed in the amount of time it took for my order...and maybe I wanted to do the online questionaire but I can't because I was never given my receipt. I asked the cashier Terry for my receipt and said he could not find it.
Ordered 3 piece chicken meal with medium drink. Very disappointed as chicken was small and way over priced (over $14). Sides were good (mashed potatoes & Mac & chesse). Save your $, definitely not worth it.
A great place for a real chicken sandwich or a great biscuitThis location is on the east side of US-1 just south of the 17th Street bridge and in front of the Goodwill store. We have had good luck with other Popeye’s restaurants and decided to try this one. It has dine-in and drive-thru options. There is limited parking outside the building but there is additional parking with associated businesses. There are entrances on the north and south sides of the site. There is a counter with a menu screen behind it and 2 registers to place your order. When we arrived, there was only one person taking orders and processing orders. This meant that each order was taking the order and filling the order before taking the next order. This resulted in a wait for ordering. It took about 10 minutes to order with only one person in front of us. The staff was friendly. The food came out quickly once we got a chance to order at the counter. The eating area is a combination of booths and tables. Many were clean but some were not cleaned the entire time we were there. The food was delicious. The spicy sandwich has some heat. The biscuits are the best. The prices are reasonable. If you are comfortable with waiting to order and want some great food, then this is a good place for you to eat.
