Pizza was too much flavorless bread. Hardly any cheese or sauce. Pepperoni was ok. It is served with garlic grease and banana pepper. The only flavors in the box. I have better choices! I won't be back! Most of crust went into garbage after trying to just eat toppings ! Bad pizza! And they didn't start making it until I arrived to pick it up... it was hot!
Called online number and ordered standard menu pizza w 1 topping at full price no specials offered. Got to the store and no order. We were able to order special pizza at the store. They don't let you call the store or offer money saving deals. Pizza is good just a pain to procure with online method.
The absolute worst papa johns ever!! Last November I ordered from them, my order never arrived, i received a comp on my next order from them. Tonight I used that comp. My pizza was burned, hardly any sauce to the point it was basically dry… I have learned my lesson. Never ordering from them again. I am not against Papa Johns, and I love their food usually. However this location needs to get it together. If I want Papa Johns again I will be going to Orlando…
They’ve outsourced their phone orders….seriously, to people who can’t speak English so when you show up to pick up your order, the store doesn’t even have it. Last time I’ll eat Papa Johns. Pathetic
I tried to order online, and the website kept saying card info was wrong. After entering the correct info 4 times, I gave up and called the store and got transferred to what sounded like a Call center in india. The person On the phone was insistent on getting my last name and couldn't hear or spell. I ended up hanging up on them and calling dominos. After 30 mins of trying to submit my order on line and over the phone. I gave up out of frustration and called dominos. Get it together papa John's.
I called to see if they deliver to my house, the kid on the phone said no we don’t but I’m sure it’s fine let me ask a manager.. the kid called the lady manager over and said “new customer” and the manager literally says “why?” And the kid wanted her to verify they will deliver to my address & she said no. Was a big order. Unfortunate.
Long time Papa Johns customer (12+ years) and I am finally done with them after giving them numerous chances due to this store. Last time they estimated an hour wait delivery and after 2 hours and 2 separate calls the food still wasn't done and I canceled the order. This has been a recurring problem. I gave them one more chance and it's going on an hour and a half and after calling them the pizza still hasn't left the store. I get there are staffing issues, but I am not complaining about waiting a couple minutes extra. If you continually are almost DOUBLE your wait estimates and can't deliver a pizza in under almost 2 hours then you really need to reevalute your process. I don't know if this is an issue for all Papa Johns or just this one, but am not using them again until they get it together.
When I went there the manager was on her phone then she start making the pizza dough with our Filthy Hands the other person that was working cutting up pizza dough with her long nails will well I go again know the health department inspection need to come in and see about these things

The workers are nice enough but can't offer anything but "sorry, short staffed, too many orders, etc". When it takes almost 3 hours for a pizza to be delivered that is pretty pathetic. Who runs the store? Possibly not enough people to work but don't keep taking orders when you can't deliver. The poor driver is profusely apologizing for how long it takes to get a pizza delivered. Not her fault.once again who runs the place.
