worst experience in fast food ever. i really don’t care to leave reviews for fast food because it’s fast food. but the lady at the mic was the meanest person ever. Wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence without saying “ok pull up” “ok first window” in such a nasty voice. i get people have bad days but man chill out. the food was still good and the drive thru was fast so i give them that. But i would avoid this one in the near future just because of the rude service. 2/10 i don’t recommend.
WAS going to give them a 3 stars for past interactions BUT I can tell ovee the last several months they've really upped their game by exchanging employees with new friendlier staff, increasing delivery speed, and delivering on the freshness and warmth of food. They've earned the new added stars! And now that I've downloaded the McDonald's mobile app, I just order on my phone, park, and the goods are delivered in 5 minutes or less - no more waiting in line or confusion over the intercom. Easy Peasy! Even if you don't use the mobile app and go through the drive thru, even when the lines are long, they get it moving fairly quickly. Also, the employees are generally spriteful, nice and friendly and extra accommodating (without the typical fast food employee attitude). I almost don't go to any other McDonald's now (when it's fast food time anyways)! I give them 5 stars because I honestly can't think of what else they could do to improve - they've pretty much nailed it!
Refused to take our order at a register. Told us to use the Kiosk or go thru the drive thru. Call back there to talk to someone about this and got Julio, asked for the manager was told his name is Jeremy and not there; did not know his phone number. I live in a 55 years old or older community and I will definitely be letting them know NOT to visit this establishment. Julio hung up on me when I called there to get information of who to contact. This all took place on 5/29/2022 @ about 12:30 - 12:45 . Very upset senior citizen
Absolutely worst, slowest and most expensive McDonald's in Indian River County. Expect to spend at least 30min in the drive through and you better check your food before you even pull away. This is why I can see humans being replaced by robotics.
Employees are always rude at this location. The service is slow and the food is hardly ever fresh, most of the time just thrown together and tossed in the bag. Worse McDonald's in the area.
Got a breakfast meal it was hot and fresh. Also the blueberry muffin was awesome. Service was a little slow in the drive-through but the food was good
I had to wait at the drive thru window for 10 minutes before I got my drinks and I had to go park for 15 more minutes for my #5 order not mention I wasn't the only one that had to wait it was 4 cars that had to wait for our food I was the first car and they gave the 2nd and 3rd car their food before mines and they gave the 3rd car and 2nd car orders was mixed up I asked why I didn't get mines before the others I was told she couldn't bring all of it out at the same time mines should have been first is all I'm saying
There was a long wait to get to the drive-thru window with only 2 card ahead of us. When we arrived at the window, our drinks weren't made with our combo meal and was told they were out of the drinks we ordered. The meals were well prepared, however, here was no dipping sauce for the chicken nuggets nor ketchup for the fries.
I was the only one ordering and it took long.. The Meal I got: Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuit.. $5 and change for the meal including small coffee so I got a Large Latte $9.05 I just got charged for the meal and the Latte.. I still should have gotten the small coffee.. McDonald's is ripping people off.. I paid full price for a Latte.. Wow
HIRE NEW PEOPLE FOR THIS LOCATION. Every single manager is a moron that has NO CLUE what they're doing. They make sandwiches WITHOUT gloves or anything on their hands. They don't even wash their hands! I have pictures of this and will be turning it into the health code people. The workers at this location are absolutely ridiculous and rude. They talk about other employees and make fun of them and put them down. They are all beyond rude and completely 100% unprofessional. I will be making sure EVERYONE knows how disgusting this location is. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
