The absolute worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to.Asked for egg and cheese biscuit & got just cheese on it instead. Asked for a coffee with just light milk due to health reasons and they added sugar and a bunch of other garbage. I am disputing the charge. This place is horrible.
Worst off all MC Donald,s that I ever visited! The male at the window a Black heavy male treated us with such disrespect when I asked for extra ketchup for the fries and looked at us in such a manner! No gloves but touched the drink lids, cough over our order and did not care to cover his mouth so we ended up throwing the whole order out. I walked into the store to try and talk to a manager but the store was dirty every where, so we left and they lost a customer forever! Good clean people don't eat in nasty places!!!
Service was slow and customer service was terrible. Disrespectful and not even a hello or thank you. Attitude in this place was unacceptable. Not a nice impression for a visitor going in for the first time.
Going thru the drive thru was fast and efficient. Very friendly staff and food was fresh and delicious.
The best location McDonald's is South Vero Sq at Oslo/US1. Always good food & good customer service
Well, breakfast could be 24 hrs again but it's a decent McDonald's when the employees feel like caring. Like everywhere
They made the quarter pounders fresh to order, like they’re supposed to, the fries were hot, service was friendly, and we got it all fast. Well done.
Sorry to say this McDonald's didn't hold up two good standings, that was kind of slow and wasn't that busy, and the service was for like they didn't want to be there they, act like you would have bothered them, places real dirty water is leaking from the roof on one of the tables chairs floor didn't buy them put a cone out over the wet spots, the food was good believe it or not nothing else was that's why you got to two star rating might move it to three because of the food, you'll need to enlarge the pictures and see what I'm talking about. I didn't use a flash didn't want to draw attention. really don't care to go back there again poor ratings.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at McDonald's. I showed up and the doors were locked even though it was open. They had to unlock the doors to let customers inWe were forced to order from the kiosk that didn't work. The food orders were wrong and they didn't seem to care about anything.
Unbelievable wait and I was the only person at the counter. Chick fil a is the way to go. They should give lessons on how to be organized.
