One of the worst McDonald's in the area. Try to avoid. Long lines, slow service in and drive thru. Always short on help. They mix up orders. They renovated the inside and counter service smaller and did away with the self beverage machine. Often the ice cream machine is not working. The manager has an attitude with the customers when they complain.
I periodically work the late shift and wanted to grab something to go, but after ordering from the app, I sat at thr menus at least 6 minutes without someone at least telling me if they were closed. I pulled up to the window and no one could be seen. Only the fact that I could cancel my app order prevented me from becoming belligerent.
Went there this morning to get my kids breakfast my orders were wrong. When I told them I was to get another drink the lady left her station came to the front with an attitude saying I didn’t tell her about the drink. I don’t want to misinterpret anyone or Judge but I’m not sure if this was about my color or just a bad morning. Though I’m a proud black mother of six I’m also full Indian and mixed with other races. Color shouldn’t be a problem as we all shed one blood.
It was terrible no service out of ice cream coffee had so much chocolate syrup u could not drink it. And manager extreme rude. Three different people had problems with there order. And the manager told one customer "DONOT come back here" When he told her the hamber was rubbery she told him it was from the oil. He told I've been eating these for 40 years its rubbery she said "well everything is different now and thats" and as he was walking to a table that's when she told him not to come back. This is the first time in 50 yrs of my life to ever complain about a McDonald. Stay far away from this certain one!!!!
They definitely need a whole new crew of workers at night because they don't do there job and are very disrespectful, they will see you standing in the lobby and turn the other way as if you are invisible. I understand workers are short right now but the ones that are there are getting paid to do a job and even if it's busy they can still have respect for others.
Always a great experience here at this location. The staff is normally very polite and professional. Even when it's super busy, long lines at the drive up window, etc. they keep things moving quickly. I've been to other McDonald's and I have to say, this one is the best in my opinion. Keep up the good work.
Claimed they couldn't make shamrock shakes. With being this close to St. Patrick's Day you better have the ability to make the shamrock shake. I have a feeling based on the response from the person on the headset gave that they just didn't want to make them. 6:41 pm on Tuesday March 1st, 2022.
Super busy, different staff every month, it seems. Your straw isn't in the bag and you'll have to do without. Service with a smile....not so much!
Worst Mcdonald’s in the area. Absolutely horrible customer service. Staff are extremely rude. If you don’t order at the kiosk, good luck trying to order at all. I walked in and stood in line for 10 minutes; no one acknowledged me. The restaurant is extremely dirty and unsanitary. Never ordering from here again.
I walked in and the whole place smelled like a toddler pooped in his hand and wiped it all over the facility. The lady at the register just sat in a chair and complained that we didn’t order at the kiosk because did not want to work. Everyone in there was rude mostly the lady sitting in a chair working a register. The drinks had no syrup I asked them to change it they said we don’t get paid enough to do that.
