I am not a fast food person. Yesterday though, I had the strangest craving for a sausage biscuit, no egg and American cheese. I had to run out in the morning to pick up my dog's medication and I know I have passed McDonald's numerous times day in and day out but never really saw it till yesterday. On a whim I pulled in and place my order. They have two lines that merge into one which is a little strange and dangerous but the lines move fast and the wait was less than 5 minutes from start to finish. Surprise me I returned home, the biscuit and sausage we're almost hot the cheese was melted perfectly. I took the first bite and the biscuit crumbled a little bit it was so fresh and I think if I could have purred I would have it just hit the spot. It was the best sausage biscuit I have had without gravy and I don't know how long. Again this death was nice everything was fresh everything was clean. I just might have to try going back another time and see if they can do it two times in a row.
I haven't been to McDonald's in years cause of rude employee!!!! Walked in there were 1 gentlemen waiting at the register so I got behind him, asked the gentleman if they've taken his order he said no!! Wait there for almost 10 min no one came or even looked our way, while several employees walked passed us, ignoring us like a McDonald's employee does, the whole time the manager was standing up front back towards the register and stood there the whole time looking at their drive thru screen and said nothing!!! I've been a restaurant manager and district manager for 30 years and Managed a McDonald's for 3 years!! I have never experienced anything like it but do expect it!!! McDonald's days are over again!!!!
Just not dependable. Depends who working of time of day sometimes. So I wouldn't blame all the workers but this place terrible. I asked for a cardboard holder for cups because I ordered three large ice teas. I waited 5 minutes an still didn't get one. So I asked again and stil nobody would bring one . Lasttime I said can I just get it. But the manager got mad an had a attitude. I figured she was having a bad day. But this place you will wait very long. But sometimes i think it be one or two people working sometimes. So I wouldn't blame the workers.
It’s been I don’t know how many times already that we have come to make an order from this brunch and they either had a huge line that took forever, or they were close on hours google maps and the website says they’re open, or they said they only accepted cash (which we didn’t had on us). And in the few times we did mange to make an order they had lots of items missing and were very rude to us .
Last night on March 4th I took the wife to get an ice cream cone. I see that the drive thru line is long so I go to do curb side mobile pick up. Place my order and sit and wait. I was amt paying super attention to the time just talking to the wife about our day but it did seem like it took awhile to just get two ice cream cones. So I go ahead and pull up to the drive thru to see what's wrong. It had been an hour since I placed the order. So in the drive thru they tell me that they aren't doing curbside and I have to wait in line to get my cones. Not once in the hour o was sitting there did and body try to let me know that they would not bring it out. When asked why they couldn't of just yelled from the drive thru window they said " we figured if you were smart you would figure out we are not doing curbside and come through the drive thru line." Really unacceptable customer service.
I work DoorDash and come here often because of that- every single time I've come here, the line has been out to the street. This is because they close the inside as soon as possible and take eternities to get even one order out.I'm writing this review in line as we speak. I've been here 20 minutes and I'll be here at least 20 more. The hours I've spent in line at this McDonald's are forever wasted for mediocre food and mediocre pay.
The most nastiest restaurant I have ever seen I literally watched an employee drop food on the floor while preparing someone's meal and pick it up put it in a box and serve it out the drive-thru window like nothing ever happened would not eat here if it was the last place on Earth and the only food I'd rather starve
I ordered on my phone at home and had my boyfriend (with no money at the moment) bring it home for me. They said they couldn’t find the order?? I specifically ordered online so I could pay for it online since he couldn’t. So then he comes home, I gave him money, and he went back out for them to say they are TEMPORARY CLOSED? My boyfriend tried asking why and they ignored him thru the speaker. Yes, this all happened at 2-3am but this location states it is 24 hours. So frustrating.

Sooooo slow at the drive thru now. I stop in there 2-3 mornings a week and it is not uncommon to sit without moving at all for 5+ minutes at a time. I'm not sure what happened in the past few months to cause the drive thru to completely brick all the time now, but it really needs to unhappen. The general vibe from 3/4 of the employees lately is completely different as well, whereas a few months ago and beyond almost everyone was over the top friendly and always smiling etc, lately it's just disgruntled faces and often zero words even spoken at either window. I'm sure the two problems are probably related. As I've been going here for thirty years, I certainly hope things get straightened out.
