The lady working there at 8:30pm on Saturday May 28th 2022 was a very ignorant. Very nasty to to the people before me in the drive through, then didn't understand how the mcdonalds app worked and how I sent my order through to be picked up in store but their dining area was closed.So to actually retrieve my order, I had to hand my phone to her so she could see (since she didnt believe) that I've been waiting in a 30 minute line and deal with her for the large fry that i ordered. Disappointing customer service. I can't vouch for the fries as they weren't for me. In my expirence, I would not go back in fear of getting the hamburgular again.
Generally speaking, this McDonalds gets my order right and in a timely manner. I normally go through the drive through, but recently went inside. I was shocked to see the dessert display case on the counter had this shriveled up apple pie on display. All the items in the case looked old but this apple pie was so disgusting looking that I was truly blown away. How is it possible that the manager of this location wouldn't notice this??
I came here for breakfast on a Friday and I can say that the service was fast and friendly. Everything came out fresh and warm. Great location.
Cashier was ignorant when I gave her 11.34 instead of 11.54. I dug out 2 dimes to give her and she was still ignorant. Perhaps she can't count without a computer. Food was normal average junk to fill a void in the stomach. Bland. Unimaginative. But their store is right next to the I95 on ramp.
I stopped here on 02/01/2022 around 1:00pm for lunch before getting on I95. I usually don't eat fast food because I never get a satisfying meal but this McDonald's impressed me. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and I have to say, it was the best burger I have ever had at a McDonald's..ever! It was extra hot, bun was toasted perfectly, cheese completely melted....it was put together with love and pride! Give that crew a raise!
I drive to this one instead of the US 1 and the one by ryanwood publix. They haven't messed up my order yet and the food looks fine. It's definitely a better McDonald's than the others.
I really don’t care if you are short staffed, someone should be responsible for wiping tables in the dining room. Especially with only two seated customers. I’m addition, why no ketchup available in dining area. They make you go back up and ask.
They literally brought me back to my childhood with their French fries. The best salty hot crispy McDonald's fries ive had in ages. The quarter pounder was also great. Just like the pictures. Full of flavor and the bread was fresh.
It's not very often I give a less than stellar review. I can always find something positive to say, unfortunately not this time. The drive thru line wasn't busy at all, one car in front of me who had just finished ordering and 3 cars in front of him. I waited a couple minutes to place my order, no big deal, the gal was friendly. I got up to the pay window, no one there, well actually he was just around the corner propped up on the wall playing with his phone. A good 3 minutes passed and he took my money. No greeting, nothing just took my money. I got up to the food window, my drink was shoved out the window with the guy not even paying attention, it would have dropped to the ground if I hadn't been ready. Then another 3 to 4 minute wait for my food which also was shoved out the window without a glance in my direction. If that wasn't enough, my fries were just dumped upside down in the bag.McDonald's that have working owners usually don't have this kind of service. Perhaps the owner of this particular franchise figures since it is at the corner of SR60 and I95 people are just passing thru and why bother with customer service. More sadly though was the apathetic attitude of the employees. No work ethic, pride in workplace, customer service, just a big fat zero across the board except for the gal who took my order. I travel alot and have choice where to dip in for a quick bite for the road... this location will not be a repeat that's for sure.
No true customer service! Profanity was used by management in a response to a question I had about an order I placed that needed correcting. Not to mention I was up vomiting all night after eating a cheese burger and fries. Next time I will choose to drive 1/4 mile further (if that) to Chick-fil-A.
