manager this morning was extremely rude. no customer service skills. yelled at me for rushing her when they were the ones tgat screwed up. instead of saying, sorry and give us a moment, just yelled. you're rushing me!!. they also have the slowest service of anyone around

Me and my boyfriend were broke down in the parking lot, STARVING, we begged an employee for chicken nuggets but he refused saying they were closed inside and open for drive thru ONLY, but my boyfriends car was very obviously steaming. We bribed with the employee for chicken nuggets, offering to pay extra, and he said no. Even after our after our 24 hour journey from Minnesota. The employee Cristian watched us eat GRANOLA for dinner and laughed at us!!!!! My boyfriend inquired a stain on his trousers right on his tucus!!!!! It looked as if he had a leaky bum!!! We are furious from this mistreatmeant and i will never ever come back.

Why can't you just fill the large fry box guys?? Prices go up and then you start this cute thing where you don't fill the fries all the way. Do ya'll give bonuses out for who gives the least amount of fries in a day or something? It makes no sense. Why do you shape the box like that if you're not going to fill the thing up? I'm going to start handing them back so ya'll can fill it the rest of the way. Hopefully everyone does too so you can stop making money off of not giving us the entirety of what we paid for.

Don't get to eat out often and not fast food...but had a coupon & it was very good for a change...keep it up staff. Ty.

I was not greeted with a smile or how can I help you? The lady told me immediately that I could not order from the front counter that I had to go use one of the machines. I ordered a specialty coffee and paid for it and then at the end she said we do not have any coffees because her machine was broken. Then I asked for a refund and she acted like she had a total attitude because I wanted my money back. There was about four or five women just all standing around just whispering under their breaths. Total attitudes especially the manager! This place needs to go under different management because the way it's being run by these people. They are not friendly people. Very disappointed in the service that we received!!! It also looked dirty and run down. I also ordered a large sweet tea which was never given to me and then I had to ask for the cup to get my tea. They were all just looking at me like why are you just standing there? ?

I didn’t like being called a Madicon by the blonde with glasses (I think she’s the shift manager) and laughing with her employees who didn’t speak English or being verbally assaulted (called a n******) by another customer because I was pulled to wait for my food and got out to receive my second order because they were backed up in the drive thru pulling cars up…. It’s literally always something with this location…What’s worse is having my children in the car hearing someone speak with so much hate.I hope it gets fixed soon

Seriously the most rediculous excuses in the history of stupidity.Pull in the drive thru at 3:26am. Patiently wait for 15 minutes. Decided to call and see what's up, someone answered almost immediately,(must be very busy to answer so fast)the person says they close from 2-3 to switch over to breakfast(breakfast starts at 4??). Did I mention I pulled up at nearly 3:30???? So busy they answer the phone in less then rings and so slammed they couldn't reopen at 3 and open past 4.Not to mention they couldn't even put up a sign to let customers who take the time to come and waste there time waiting to let them know they are closed.An international company can't even update the business hours on Google......I'll leave it at that. SMH

I stood at the counter for 5 min before I finally asked if they were taking orders. They said I must use the keyosk. No signs were in place to mention this fact. There was a sign that said out of order. No receipt. Total chaos. Don't go. The worst. Some of the employees were trying to help. But mostly No one could even care. Never never going back. ?

The manager was very good and attentive. I WILL NEVER USE ONE OF THE DO IT YOURSELF AUTOMATED MACHINES. I TALK TO A PERSON ONLY, SO SHE DID IT FOR ME
