As a tourist visiting Vero Beach from the Napa Valley, I discovered this wonderful cafe online. My meal was delicious, healthy and beautiful as a result of all the fresh, colorful vegetables. The gentleman delivering my “to go” order to my car was prompt, friendly and kind. He noticed that I was not feeling well and immediately ran back inside to surprise me with a very large (and elegant!) bottle of water. His thoughtfulness along with the high quality ingredients in my meal made me feel much better. I will definitely return here to try more menu options while on my vacation. If you live in the area, or are visiting from afar, I highly recommend this cafe. :)

Santiago is amazing. ate at pure vida down here in Miami and was disappointed. La tabla is Fresh, Tasty and healthy. god bless
The grains salad was missing flax seeds, edamame, and the tahini dressing. They gave me olive oil instead (not what I requested). It was really lacking. We had already left the restaurant otherwise we would have brought it to someone's attention.
If you're in Vero, you MUST come here! The food and juices are just amazing. The owner is very nice as well! Support local! ?

I ordered one of their juice blends: Antiox Blend and it’s so delicious! Apples, Beets, Carrots and Wild Berries yum! Also their banana nut muffin was excellent and the bonus is that it’s a healthy version so I enjoyed it even more. The owner was very kind and friendly. Highly recommend it, I look forward to coming back and trying some of their food.
I'd been wanting to try this place since I read about it last week. During a break in working through some unexpected health issues with a loved one at the nearby medical facilities, I came in for a quick lunch when my loved one was stabilized, and feeling much better. I hadn't eaten for 15 hours, since the night before and wasn't sure what else was in store for the day. I opted for the closest place for something fast with whole food ingredients to keep my strength up and my wits about me. I felt I made people uncomfortable with my unshowered, disheveled, mentally scattered appearance, but I didn't really feel like explaining about it at all to strangers at that point. I probably asked way too many questions about the menu for the simple dish I was ordering, which I'm sure made me seem even more weird. The salad I had was really delicious and nourishing, and helped me get through the rest of the day. I hope to go back under more leisurely circumstances soon.

Came here on our first day in Vero Beach—we had high hopes after reading the great reviews. It’s a small shop, located in a quiet plaza. My overall take—juice was good, shakes, not-so-good. For juice, I had the Detox which was good, and my wife had a celery juice (can’t go wrong with that). We also ordered a few shakes for breakfast—I had the Mocha and my wife had the Açaí….the mocha was bland and I understand it has coffee beans inside but they definitely needed to be ground up more. The açaí shake was nothing spectacular. For those staying closer to the beach, I’d look away from this spot, save the gas money and find something closer with better juice/shake options like Chelsea’s Gourmet.
